"They were packed and understaffed. Our server was trying so hard, but they were obviously underwater in the kitchen. Our app was brought out cold. At least another server was trying to help our sever by bringing it out. When our food finally did come, the Prime rib was black and charred. I've never seen Prime like that. It was shameful. The chicken sandwich was ordered, no bacon, and that didn't happen. Our server returned the chicken and replaced the Prime, but by then, the chicken was cold and dry. I truly empathize with our server, and having grown up in the industry, I understand being underwater, but I saw no one trying to pull these people together. No manager, supervisor, or owner. There is no team except the one server who tried to help ours. Something to look at."
