"The names of the subs are spot on. The taste of the subs are better than the other two major chains. Now this particular place was only half way setup for dine-in. They have tables and chairs, but still give your order as if carry-out, and didn't find agarbage ????? can. If you go, please don't bring your whole family with you, there's not enough for them. Just you plus one willbe better for dine-in. I hope to go there again soon."

"On October 3rd, 2023, at 2:33 PM, the woman who answered the phone displayed a complete disregard for customer service. When I placed my order, she asked for my flavor choice, and as I was trying to decide, she mumbled something and abruptly hung up on me. I will never order from this restaurant again! Rating: 1 star."

"This is the second time I’ve tried this Cilantro location. Both time the steak in my burrito was dry, hard, and chewy. You could tell it was sitting on the grill for hours. There was no avocado like there’s supposed to be. The burrito was not made with care. I did not enjoy at all. You also can’t pay with two different cards for your meal, which I thought was odd. Mainly the food here was not good. Go to the Cilantro I’m Addison instead. Way better. Food: 1"

"Delivery was terrible. Food was picked up at six. It took 25 minutes for seven minute drive. Pizza was so cold to the cheese was congealed. When I called the delivery company Slice, they couldn't refund my whole amount since I tipped in cash. I never tip on my card. I want to have some control. Until they have their own delivery, I won't call back. The first time I tried to order from this place we were on the way home and we stopped. Sign says they were open and they weren't. This place needs to be on the ball a little better."

"This is a great place to eat. I had the best burger ever here. It could be because I was really hungry or maybe the chef seasoned it perfectly. Either way, it was delicious! The service was excellent. I dined in for dinner and the price per person was $20–30. The food, service, and atmosphere all get a 5-star rating from me. I recommend trying the Garlic Shrimp, Shrimp Ceviche, Fries, and Cazuela Mix dishes."
