"I was eating with my wife, my sister and my brother-in-law yesterday. Great building, the site is really remarkable. The food and service was excellent and by far the best food I had in every restaurant in New York or Vermont. The owner of the restaurant provided comfort and happiness to his customers about the food and service I have ever seen. I highly recommend that you stop and sample some of the best they have to offer you will be very happy with the greatest food there is."

"Pretty good. I always try to look for the family-run companies when I promote local restaurants and remembered that this place was great years ago and the Pizzaburger. So, I had business near the LVM and that a road detour pushed me to the 1. Street a few blocks when I went back home and noticed the Burger Shack! It was 7pm and they close around 8 pm so popped to the regular burgers, salad, tomatoes and raw red onion are included free toppings, meaty steakries, $9.99) add 99 cents for the choice of cheese and add the fresh lemonade of coolers $3.99). Great combo! Smart lady at checkout, a specific kid, was very nice and personal. Cooked to order. Keep the great work with fresh beef, red garden tomatoes, cheese melted and crushed burgers, roasted bungalow: are all ingredients that Burger lovers hope."

"So disappointed! We frequent this restaurant when visiting family and have always had a positive experience but tonight they had no game at all. Both front of the house and kitchen seemed lost. There were four in our party. We never took our coats off and in fact put our warm hats on as the place was cold! We ordered three appetizers which were brought out painfully slow one at a time so instead of enjoying our meal together, we all watched each other eat one at a time. The main course was the same story. With the final person’s food coming a good 10 minutes after the others. Dishes piles up on the table as the server was MIA most of the time. We had to flag her down multiple times just for basics. Food quality was ok but the experience as a whole was very poor and the staff just didn’t seem to care. So to Bonefish upper management we will try again but just know that your property needs shaping up. This experience isn’t up to the usual standard of care that we’re used to."

"This place was excellent! I wish that I would have taken pictures. I ordered 1 lb.of blue crab, which came with 1 piece of corn and a potato. There were 2 very frequent diners eating next to my boyfriend I who recommended that I also include the boiled eggs to get it hot (as for the spice recommendation), so I did. Wow! My diner arrived in a huge clear plastic bag on a silver tray with a bib wet nap for clean up. Oh my goodness I was not disappointed with one bite! The prices were great. My boyfriend had a 4 piece catfish diner and we both had sodas and the total was $50.!! We were shocked. The service was outstanding, so I want to applaud Vince for a job well done. This is a place everyone who likes seafood ???? needs to try! A I ordered take out from Red Crab this past week. I believe the person that took my order was new and didn 't have a clue how their menu worked! I ordered the same as last time getting 2lbs Blue Crab Juicy Hot n Spicy and when my boyfriend picked it up they charged him for TWO dinners! They asked me 1 or 2 lbs of crab, when I said 2 they gave me two orders for 2 ppl. Of course my boyfriend had no idea and just paid for it. They charged $36.!! I was shocked. What 's up with this place? One minute I 'm bragging the next I 'm crying. LOL"

"The Reubin sandwich is absolutely delicious as are their salads. Stop by and enjoy a great meal.... BYI :Their ice cream is very good. I live right around the corner and find Pekadill's an easy short drive for me which gives me a reason to have a meal and to have desert. Patricia PS: I am an afficinado of ice cream .... their dark red cherry ice cream is my favorite , but any flavor will do it for me. They have a beautiful outdoor garden of which the owner maintains this area herself. This garden makes your meal with friends and family very enjoyable !"

"I absolutely had to write a review about the kind of people that work here. My dad grew up in Whitehall, so after visiting family in PA and on on the way home to southern Delaware, my parents stopped here to eat. My 9 yr old was with them. After they ate and left (and sent me pics of their amazing dessert! , they were driving home towards Delaware for about an hour when they realized my daughter left her expensive earbuds. My Mom called the restaurant and they couldn't have been more helpful. They found the earbuds and shipped them to us at the managers expense. He spared no expense with shipping either. They were definitely packaged to ensure they weren't damaged. I cannot thank the staff and especially the manager enough. These earbuds are important to my daughter. They were her Dads last purchase before he passed away last year, but arrived after his unexpected death. So I gave them to my daughter. Thank you Whitehall Diner staff, for not only being honest (you could have kept the pricey item for yourselves , but for being willing to take the time and expense to make sure they were safely returned to us. Your kindness is more appreciated than you know."

"May 22, 2021I just received my order from here, and let me tell you their food is phenomenal. I ordered the meatball Parm and a slice of white pizza with ricotta. I was a little weary at first because I prefer homemade meatballs over ordered ones. they prepare theirs freshly!! I was so ecstatic! Every time I stop in or call, the woman who answers the phone is so charming and pays Great attention to detail. "This place doesn’t look very impressive upon entering; it resembles a run-down saloon. However, once the food and drinks arrived, it was absolutely outstanding! The steaks and burgers were perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor, and the cocktails were equally delightful. This experience truly stands out as the best dining experience we've had in years. "Walked in with a party of 4. A line was somewhat long. For 20 mins the lady talked on phone trying to book a party with everybody waiting to get seated. I went to look for a manager and was told the girl on the phone was a manager named Melissa. She finished her phone call and walk past the line without saying somebody will be with you guys. We noticed the floors was dirty and the tables too. Finally a Hostess came out to tend us and place us in our seats her name was Norris. Great job Norris!!! She saved the day! Miss Norris was very professional and kind aswell curious."

"I had a great meal today, but I have a question for Taco Bell in general. I'm glad to see that you have finally brought back the Mexican pizza, but I would like to ask you to also bring back the enchiritos. I have been enjoying them since the 70s and even introduced them to five of my friends before they were removed from the menu. They were so flavorful and unique compared to everything else on your menu or other Mexican restaurants I have tried, including some high-end ones. We were all disappointed when they were taken off the menu. Sometimes, new items are not always better. I even had a server who would specially make them for me, but she has since left and my friends and I really miss them. I was pleasantly surprised when you brought back the Mexican pizza, and I hope you will do the same for the enchiritos so that I can visit Taco Bell more often."

"We were there on a busy Saturday night! We did the preferred seating option through Open Table, checked in and had about a 30 minute wait which is completely understandable. While sitting in the lobby, all you could see was how hard the staff were working to be as efficient as possible. The number of rude and disgusting people was astonishing. My son witnessed many rude folks that night, cursing at staff with no thought about what language they were using or who was around them. The was in awe of how the staff were treated but yet chose to still work hard for their guests with little appreciation. I made sure to tell them how great of a job they did at the front and to my waiter as well. I failed to let management know. I hope they know now! I'm sorry people think they can talk to you and treat you the way they did last night!"

"When the waitress returned with what was supposed to be a new bag, I immediately noticed my half-eaten potato and the remnants of the egg I had attempted to eat, which had fallen apart. It became clear that this was the same bag I had received earlier, with the bad shrimp just picked out and replaced by shelled ones, stuffed under everything else. If the seafood is spoiled, the entire bag should have been discarded. Beyond the waitress's apologies, no further actions were taken. She mentioned that it should have been a fresh bag, but the woman she brought the bag to came in on the phone and shot us an angry look without addressing the issue. When we received the bill, I noticed the extra crab charge was still there. Thankfully, our waitress rectified that, and we left feeling let down by the entire experience."

"Has there been a change in ownership? I've noticed some recent negative reviews. I ordered a sandwich twice, but both times I received a sub instead. When I called to address this issue, I was told there was no difference except for the toppings. Additionally, my 'sandwich' was burnt on both sides of the bun, and the melted cheese was also blackened. I wish I could share a picture! The manager was incredibly rude; she insisted it wasn’t burned and then hung up on me. Her response was completely unwarranted, especially since I remained polite. I called back hoping to speak with the owner, but I was hung up on again. It’s clear that we won’t be returning, which is unfortunate."

"Not impressed with service each time we go in. Seems like you always have to look for someone. The margaritas tasted like syrup and no alcohol. You buy a pitcher for $25. Entire thing is ice anyway so half of it is your margarita. We finished it and still looked at each other as if it was a virgin. Come on man. Well tequila is $25 for a fifth. How much are you saving by cutting corners everywhere. 2 orders were missed. So we just cancelled it. Never going back."

"john just walks this place. he was friendly, patient and helpful while he served us, despite a line waiting for the service. he also made orders in between. he treated every customer respectfully and did not seem the least weakened or frustrated by the situation of being on himself. I heard he said to another customer that they are full, but all the others called today. Apart from leaving a $10 tip, this was the only way to praise him for his sense of responsibility for his job, which literally does not lose him. I don't think that many others can handle the situation."
