"I was treated horrible at this Burger King today. I went through the drive thru and ordered onion rings and a rodeo burger. After I left the drive thru I realized I had the wrong order. I went inside and the first young man approached me and was going to fix the mistake , however, another young man came over and said you have the wrong order and handed me another bag. The bag was crumbled and the food inside was cold and the bottom of the bag was wet. I went back and said I just want my money back, he said we dont give money back, I asked for a manager and he kept saying we dont give money back. I said the food is cold and I dont want it, one young man said what do you mean its cold and I handed him a cold onion ring, he said I dont want to touch that! They never offered to replace the order, but just kept saying loudly we dont give money back. They said you trippin over a bag, I told them the bag appeared to have been in the trash and he kept saying We dont give money back and he told me the manager wasnt there. Anyway, I left without the foid or the money. They watched me out the frint dopor leave upset and they were laughing. I usually come to this burger king for breakfast and the lady is in the morning is always friendly but I will not come back here again!"
