"I highly recommend this restaurant in the Collinsville community. It's located just outside of Collinsville, so if you're not a local, you might not be aware of it. However, if you're a fan of a classic cheeseburger, you definitely need to check it out. I particularly recommend their shrimp tacos; they're fantastic! The home-style fries are delicious, and the Philly cheesesteak is a popular choice as well. Personally, my favorite is the Texas bacon cheddar melt. The staff is incredibly friendly too!"

Y'all go get some lunch here ASAP. The red beans and rice was delicious and the greens were perfectly seasoned! Get the cornbread too! Yum!

Now known as The Roux, it can be a bit tricky to locate. But let me tell you, wow! I arrived late, and they cooked the burger I wanted to perfection. The fries were equally impressive. Much respect!

The food is always great, but the wait is always an issue. I would guess it's because 3C's is the only grill within about a 15 mile radius. The wait is not usually a problem to me though. My only concern is that since they are only open a few days a week, they apparently use the same grease for those days. By the time Saturday comes around, you can smell the burnt old grease in the air and in the fried foods.

I had always passed by this restaurant and wanted to give it a try. I finally decided to stop by on my way back from Philadelphia, and I'm so glad I did! They offer a nicely sized menu with a great variety of choices. I had the grilled cheese on sourdough, and it reminded me of my childhood. The staff were all incredibly friendly, and the ambiance of the place is very inviting. I will definitely be returning soon!
