Great place for Cuban food and coffee. On a cold night I enjoyed the chicken soup. Excellent. The service is first rate. The sweet Cuban espresso is a delicious jolt. Voir le carte

Mediocre cuban sándwich the meat was mostly in the middle and it was $17 with a soda, I expected more for that price, i had better in other places also it took 20 min for the sandwich to be ready.

If you?re looking for a good Cuban sandwich in Chicago, this is your spot. I got the sandwich w/plantains and the cuban coffee. This is the original Chicago location and has a cute patio you can sit out at if it?s a nice day.

This place is beautiful. Ive been to this location only once, however, the service is wonderful, the people are wonderful, and you can taste all the love in their food. I've been to another location with my boyfriend who is Cuban American and he loves the food as well. Voir le carte

Needed somewhere to dine with puppy who just had surgery. One person who is vegetarian. One person with high cholesterol. One person with diabetes. And with excellent food. Remember we ate here a few years ago. Very happy we were nearby and chose to come back. Everybody’s happy.

This.Place.Is.AWESOME! The food is literally out of this world. If you live in the area and you haven't tried out their Cubano, you are doing yourself a disservice. It's top 10 in the country for a reason! I love that you can get fried plantains with everything. This has quickly become one of those places that I bring people from out of town to, to brag about the food scene in Chicago. A staple in Roscoe Village!

"Tempesta is arguably one of the best sandwich shops in the city. They make a lot of their meats in house and use high quality ingredients so you know you’re getting the good stuff. Not only can you get a great sandwich, you can purchase most of their meats to go as well as other small artisanal grocery items. I have tried almost every sandwich they have on the menu but my top two choices would be the #1 The Dante and the #2 Yo! Vincenzo! The Dante is their version of a classic Italian sandwich but a bit on the spicier side. The Yo Vincenzo is a chicken parm and I personally think it’s the best chicken parm sandwich in the city. The chicken is perfectly crispy, and they use just the right amount of sauce where it doesn’t get soggy. Both of these sandwiches come on their fresh baguette which helps set them apart from other sandwich spots in Chicago just because of how good it is. The B Franklin is also a great option, and if you’re starving get the Wagyu Pastrami but be warned it is a very heavy sandwich because of that Wagyu. The last pro tip I’ll add in here is order your sandwich ahead of time if you’re doing takeout. This is a very popular spot and is always busy during the lunch rush so if you wait to order until you arrive you may need to wait for 10-15 minutes. That should speak to how good this place is because it’s in such high demand, so if you’re in Chicago make sure you stop in!"
