Alan's special function crew was especially fabulous this visit! There were more people than expected and they had their hustle on to make sure everyone was comfortable, seated and fed. Thanks folks!

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. Ordered 3 meals, salad and 2 chicken tender meals...brought home after being hassled at pick up to find one chicken dinner loaded with BBQ sauce. Went for replacement, waited another 40 minutes and still no meal. Asked for refund...unprofessional reply from staff.

my boy friend worked in this kitchen. he said it was the single nastyist kitchen he ever seen with the most apathetic kitchen ever . serving expired food reselling items from catering events which is illegal not cooling food properly and not defrosting food properly. some is going to die do not eat here save your own life and go elsewhere. we were in the opposite and looking for a family restaurant with good food and cheap trips. alan fits the bill. we ordered a lot of selections from the menu of sandwiches, steak to spaghetti. Eating was good and especially liked the friendliness and additional expenses of our waitress robin. many thanks to alan’s. God bless you all there, your families and customers

I went here once and I didn't like this place. I thought the food was bland, the menu was limited, and our waitress was not good. I went on a Thursday afternoon and there was hardly any customers. I feel that the service could have been much better seeing that it wasn't busy. Plus 2 orders were wrong and needed to be corrected. Unfortunately I won't return, nor would I recommend.

eating is all dry and bland, rarely cooked properly. the inner is dirty, including some dishes. it looks like the house of an old person, and no, not the good kind of old people. the desserts all look good, but taste like real müll, as in the convinced that they are 3D printing food with müll. overall, bad place to go, they do not waste their time and money here. go to vinnies instead. do not eat in the container. in a used shopping bag from a department store where they have put our food in. Steak tips weren't worth $19.00. they were dry and burned. clam chowder was irrigated with 3 kartoffels and no muscheln. the French woof soup was watered, no taste. they went down to the hill. disappointed? not to mention that it should be finished at 1:30 a.m. and when my man picked it up, it was not ready. they told him they didn't even start it! Of course we will not order long of them, if at all.

1 frazzled waitress and one cook at lunch time isn't enough to operate.I waited 30 minutes for someone to take my order, and 50 minutes before my food arrived. I ordered the Honey BBQ Chicken Tender appetizer and this seemed to confuse the staff, she forgot if I wanted wings or tenders then forgot if I wanted buffalo or honey BBQ. I then overheard another confusion about sauce, and the tenders came out plain, no sauce... They fixed it which took another 10 minutes, then finally food to table. The food was pretty good but by this point I was too frustrated to enjoy it. I considered ordering desert but decided against it because of the time just getting an appetizer took. I decided not to wait...

recommended ten of us with reserved from the city after a military funeral. we were there in 2011 and it was very good. while I realized that the dings were changing, that was terrible. there were only 3 or 4 cars on a Monday so that the note should have been! the waitress looked overwhelmed by our arrival to our departure. the seat was not prepared for us. the menus were placed in a stack on the table. Drinks were offered 15 minutes later and our food order was taken 1 hour after the put. the food came after 1 hour after the order. our meal times were not satisfied at all in taste, quantity or presentation. my reuban lacked all his ingredients on the dry thick discolored beef. unnecessary t...
