"It takes a while before I will write a rave review for any restaurant. But for this place, there has to be something said. The location is not stunning like some other agriturismos we went to and we couldn 't even sit outside because there were quite a few mosquitos. The interior of the restaurant is simple, nothing to write home about, but my gosh the food!!!! And that 's why we 're there, right. My husband had their signature dish, the sliced fried beef sizzling on a hot plate and it was great. My son and I had fresh pasta and we all started off with a plate of cooked meats, cheeses and olives. To sum it up, it was heaven on earth. Just the type of food you want when you travel to Italy. This place is so low key, I believe it must be a favourite with the locals. The service was very pleasant, but not obtrusive. Please try it out, the food is just great!"

"the external location is fabulous. the village is just so beautiful and dining with a similar arrangement of the tables is fantastic. the dinner went well all in all. something of the first dishes we liked more, less. Good burgers. I would have preferred there was wine of the house and not be forced to choose between bottle and glasses at 5euro each. I was hoping there was a little more local cooking. the service was quite confusing, the waiter was a little distracted we say. we received bread, asked at the time of order, 50 minutes after sitting, along with the first dishes. Whereas the table behind me received it in the middle of the second plate. Well, it was great. and, again on the bread, I asked three times. the waiter on the other hand has gone many times to ask us how we found ourselves. a table next to a couple, arrived at our peer, received a cutter of meats and cheeses, ie cold stuff only to cut, when we were finishing the second. classic couple who doesn't make reviews.. I'll take care of them. at the time of payment, the owner made us cash, apologising immediately and saying that it was a rather special evening. I appreciated his kindness."

"we arrived a little by chance because the bush was closed. It was a pleasant surprise. very capacious and almost full local. friendly customers, quiet atmosphere despite the many children. nothing to do with the classic pizzeria verace and the customers who are located. Let's go to the pizzas: are light, not too salty, fresh and quality ingredients. we tried the new classic with bresaola, cherry tomatoes, valerian scales and Parmesan; then an appetizer of beef carpaccio. simple and perfect like that. the peppers that accompanied him. excellent oven and rosemary oil: soft and perfumed. punctual and customer service. I'd try the meat seconds, which are still creepy on incandescent dishes!"

"It was a few years that I wanted to try Carbonella in Rio Salso. Finally a few days ago I had the opportunity! Just a few seconds to figure out what we're talking about, a place where, even if you've never been, you feel at home in the real sense of the word! The welcome of Mattia and Martina is warm and sincere but at the same time professional. It's between friends. You go from a few chats to get to know the exact description of the delicacies that are cooking in the kitchen. And in the kitchen there is no normal grill.. there is Josper an oven-grille of Spanish origin that allows to grill, toast, smoke with vegetable coal creating an unparalleled juicy and crisp final product. (I don't know exactly the characteristics but Mattia will explain to you. Clearly in the kitchen there is also a great cook, Isidoro that we had the opportunity to get to know quickly at the end of dinner. Given the pleasant temperature we had dinner in the garden. The serene atmosphere of the room also facilitates the chat between the tables, so that our children have escaped to play in the lawn with the children of other tables Ah yes we also ate! Ascolan olives stuffed by hand space, tortellini cacio and excellent pepper, cascioni to the vegetables recipe of the grandmother of Martina and clearly a steak, I think of brontosauro, of a higher level. On sweets you can choose randomly so you go on safe! And the wine proposed by Mattia made us enjoy the evening even more.
