The food was extremely underwhelming for the price. The staff is friendly but don’t come here expecting good Italian food.

The main dishes were fantastic at the restaurant. The salad portion was small. The rolls were tasty, but we had to request additional servings as there were not enough provided initially. Voir le carte

My wife and I celebrated her birthday at Altobeli’s on a Sunday evening and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The service, food and atmosphere was outstanding. The restaurant has live entertainment nightly and the entertainment was fantastic during our visit. Our vocalist and piano player were fun and engaging. Will certainly visit again soon!

It was a very bad experience, we sat for two hours and the food never arrived, we had guests and we had spoken very highly of the restaurant. We ended up at Waffle House which was the only thing open when they told us that they were not going to serve our food. We couldn't see why they hadn't treated us so badly, they passed us the bill and we had to pay for such a bad experience, the manager never showed his face, neither did the owners, we hope you read this so you never go to this restaurant

We waited for more than two hours and ten minutes and never received our food. The chef fell ill in the kitchen and left. It was clear that he was the only one cooking. The owner tried to cook after the chef left, but they could not give us a definite time for when our food would be ready. As a result, four tables ended up leaving. This happened during a Valentine's Day celebration. They didn't even top off our salads or drinks. The service has been declining ever since the new owner took over the restaurant. Valentine Day dinner with my wife was a fiasco can't honestly rate my meal since after 2 hours of waiting for the food to come out we left. We have had wonderful experiences at Altobeli's in the past but last night, on probably the busiest night of the year, they only had 2 cooks working and one left half way through meal service. The restaurant did not handle the situation appropriately and kept promising that the food would be out soon. All of us waiting for food should have been told what was going on and that it would be hours before everyone was served. That way, we may have been able to salvage some of our night. Instead, we got promises, a salad and rolls instead of a romantic dinner.

Le service, l'ambiance, les artistes et les propriétaires sont géniaux! La nourriture était bonne, mais j'ai eu une meilleure nourriture pour le prix que nous avons payé. . Le gâteau au limoncello était la bombe! Les champignons farcis étaient petits et gras et les calamars seraient meilleurs s'ils étaient battus à la main à la maison. La seule critique sérieuse que j'ai est les frais de divertissement facturés par personne. Cela n'a pas été spécifié sur Open Table lorsque j'ai fait la réservation ni je ne l'ai vu nulle part évidemment indiqué sur le site Web. La musique était excellente et nous adorons soutenir les musiciens, mais payer en plus de notre facture de nourriture était un peu ch...

We’ve been going to Altobeli’s for over 12 years and have always felt at home. As with any change, like an ownership one in this particular case, there are going to some kinks to work out, of course. We have been a few times and these “kinks” were prevalent, but it’s Altobeli’s…..so loyalty prevailed. Last night we decided to go for a few big celebrations, but unfortunately, we were disappointed again, sadly to say for probably the last time. We had a reservation, yet the table wasn’t set up. They were out of Filet and Crème Brûlée. They were short on menus and lastly, the food was mediocre at best. The Pollo Cristo…..which was once our favorite dish of all time, was watery and lacked flavor... Voir le carte
