Really cool atmosphere, staff is friendly, and the food is great. Awesome place for friends to have a hang.

It was a good experience overall. The service was excellent, though there were some upselling attempts. The food was delicious.

Beer battered fish tacos sand pozole were very good. Outdoor ambiance could have been better managed with placement of heat lamps and siping up the camp tables. Music speakers were a bit too loud. Still, will come back.

The food was decent, though not exceptional, and I found it somewhat overpriced given the small portions provided. It was disappointing that chips and salsa weren't offered, and there were no beans and rice served with the entrees, but I understand they're not aiming for a traditional dining experience.

The food was just average. The lobster tacos were mostly filled with corn and had very little lobster. They seemed to use a lot of filler ingredients like tomatoes and corn to make the portions appear larger, but it didn’t enhance the flavor. Food was very good and creative, but kitchen did not get our meals out at the same time a 10 minute gap so very poor planning. We were not offered any consolation for the miss even though one in our party essentially finished before the others started. This is restauranting 101. Over all we'd try it again and see if things work out better a second time.

Food was ok. We liked about half of all that we ordered. Service was too frequently stopping by at the beginning and then no where we we needed him. We ended up being late to get back to our babysitter due to waiting nearly 30 minutes for our bill. We had to ask for the bartender to run our card so we could go. The restaurant was nearly empty so we were really surprised regarding why/where our server was… This was a weekend evening and barely anyone was here. The rest of the restaurants in Sky Deck were booming. I wish we would have considered that before choosing to eat here.

Everything from A-Z was exceptional. It all started with our server, Chase. He is the true definition of what an excellent server should be: Kind, knowledgeable about all the dishes and drinks, and his timing is spot on. He doesn’t hover and, he doesn’t leave you sitting there to wonder where he disappeared to. We felt so lucky to have him with us. Urbana is wonderful because their Mexican food is absolutely delicious… and it always arrives to our table piping hot.
