Coffee is excellent! You can choose if you want it steam or regular, and it makes a difference. Food is delicious. All the staff are super friendly and courteous. For the new people, try the steam coffee, you'll love it!

This place is a hidden treasure. I'm completely hooked on their chocolate chip cookies, but the baker really surpassed herself with the most incredible pumpkin pie I've ever had! It's safe to say that both the food and the friendly staff are top-notch. Voir le carte

The creme brûlée’s and craft packaged desserts are incredible especially for the area. Everyone has always be very nice and accommodating. It’s on the pricey side but I think thats to be expected given its the nicest food establishment in Newkirk Plaza and has fresh food that you can find closer than cortelyou. Great place for every now and then desserts.

This place is a breath of fresh air in the neighborhood. It elevated the standard of the whole area in many ways because it is nicely designed and decorated which isn’t the norm. It’s much more than coffee. Their pastries, variety of sandwiches, burgers, soft drinks, bagels, retail items are all good stuffs. If you are in the area, you may want to check it out. I grab my morning coffee and freshly made egg cheese sandwich from here very often. It’s also a good place to sit down with my laptop on weekends while I enjoy my coffee and bagel.

Coffee was good but some of the fruit on the fruit tart had mold on it. Repeat: The $11 fruit tart had mold on it. Inspect carefully before you purchase something.ETA: Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture, but it was white mold on a cluster of strawberries that we didn't notice until we'd already eaten some of it. My friend and I both had uncomfortable bathroom woes for the next two days, and the only thing we'd eaten in common was this fruit tart. I should add that I want local businesses to succeed (especially in this plaza! especially yours! , but it's so frustrating to pay this much for something this small in a remote part of Brooklyn and then get sick.
