Applebee's Grill - Carte

Our server was great. Had a great date night with my beautiful wife. We enjoyed the time right in and the food was delicious. Thank you. Apples that help us have a great night.

Most of the time, the steak is cooked well and with wherever you can catch the right cook in the kitchen. Pick up in Drive-Thru they welcome me quickly and pick up my food right away

I believe in tipping well, however when my table is the only one my server has, and I have to wait for a refill or the steak sauce that we never got). It will affect their tip. Food was great. Voir le carte

Great service, good food, my only complaint would be the music was so loud we could hardly hear each other talking at the table. Asked them 3x to turn it down a little. They said they did but it was the same. Never had this type of problem at any other Applebee's.

Brought family out for Thanksgiving. Everyone's food except for my other and her sister never received her food after a hour after everyone else received theirs. She finally received it but had to have it taken back 4 times because it was either wrong or missing something. The food that was received was good but 2 people never got to eat what they ordered.

We had a wonderful waiter. He was genuinely pleasant. Not fake-flair ala Jennifer Aniston in Office Space. The booth table was comfortable. However, the food was bland. There were maybe 5 thin almond slices, very little mixd greens -mostly plain lettuce, chicken was more batter than chicken, the dressing had no flavor and no oriental spice to it. We ordered lunch here on Sunday March 14th. The food was good but service was slow. I noticed 5 wait staff wearing masks as “chin guards” not covering nose and in one case not even their mouth. Another apparent manager wasn’t wearing a mask at all. I probably won’t come back. It was just OK and if the staff don’t care enough to wear masks then what’s going on with my food in the back. Oh well at least I am full.

We dined at this restaurant during the Acts 6:4 conference. Apparently, the local eateries weren't informed that 2,000 hungry ministers would arrive at 10:00 AM. Applebee's struggled to accommodate the sudden influx of diners and had limited staff, so it took a bit longer than usual as they prioritized providing excellent service to those at the tables. However, we waited patiently and were pleased with our experience. The manager and our server went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. The food was great, the service was fantastic, and the management was impressive. We will definitely return.

One challenging day, I had to handle a party of at least 15 people on my own, with no support. Fortunately, some customers recognized that I was essentially the only person available to serve everyone. It’s worth noting that, as a hostess, my responsibilities should not include serving food and drinks—that falls to the waitstaff. My main role was to greet guests, seat them, check in on their needs, and keep the area clean. Despite these challenges, I appreciate the few waiters who were kind and offered to help me. I’m also grateful to the customers who acknowledged my efforts and understood the difficult situation I was in. Voir le carte
