I decided to try this one out of nostalgia and was very impressed. Although they seemed very understaffed, they were quick efficient and nice. Took my mom here for her birthday, she hadn't been to a Applebees in years. Had great service and the food was good.

Everything is always great and the customer service is outstanding. My only complaint is they took away the sizzling steak on mashed potatoes with onions! That is by far the best thing on the menu.

I generally give business a second visit or the benefit of a doubt, and rarely give a bad review. We walked in, there was a previous party that ended up walking out, as they were there over 10 minutes and no one has even checked them in. We were fortunate to be seated 5 minutes later ourselves. We ordered drinks and appetizer. I received my fountain drink, and a little later my spouses beer. We waited 25 minutes for anyone to come back, as I still needed a straw for my drink. this is the absolute WORST applebees i’ve ever been too. my wife and i love 1/2 priced apps and tend to go often but in a different area. this spot served us beer cheese that looked like three days old mashed potato’s just sitting out in the open. when we asked for a different thing of beer cheese and they just heated the one they originally gave us in the mircrowave. ridiculous. the manager refused to take it off our bill. as someone who works in this industry, i’d never promote bad service lik … – show
