"OH MY GOONESS. My husband has been bringing his scout troop here for years. On a Saturday afternoon in the summer, I waited 45 minutes to ORDER my burger. It was worth it. You MUST order the BOX of onion rings. They are homemade and fantastic. The mushroom and swiss burger comes with a fork so you can clean up all the bits of goodness that fall off. The fries are fantastic. The fish sandwich comes with FOUR pieces of fish. It's a Cloquet institution for a reason."

"I’ve been stopping at Pedro‘s regularly for the last two years in the course of traveling back-and-forth to northern Minnesota to care for an ill relative. Pedro‘s service has always been genial engaging and friendly. They have never made a mistake on order. The food is excellent. Scratch cooking on a large scale is difficult, and they manage it as best as could possibly be expected with a large menu. I grew up in a part of the country where at least a third of the population was of Mexican immigrant heritage. I love the flavors of the foods they brought with them and Pedro‘s managers an excellent rendering of those foods with versions adapted for Minnesota palate. This is good stuff. The portions are huge. Try not to eat too much, tip generously as I don’t know how they manage to serve this much this good at these prices."

"I'm quite dissatisfied with the mobile ordering. Everyone loves DQ but with my limited time on lunch break, I could never go. The lines are often quite long, so the mobile ordering looked like a great solution. Gave a couple extra minutes from when the app said my order would be ready.So I arrive 5 minutes late and wait by the mobile ordering area for the staff to acknowledge me. A few people already in line so I don't sweat it when they get helped first. But the cashier does not acknowledge me after. A few minutes later, someone from the back finally acknowledged me so I say mobile order for Bruce it gets repeated by a few unseen voices behind the wall and I anticipate my food being brought up as it's now about 10 minutes after it should be ready.A dipped cone comes up, how nice I thought they didn't have to do that for me. They didn't. It was part of the order for the group I had to wait for. Cones are fast, my food will be right up I thought.Ah here comes my chicken strip basket ... wait there's no bag If you were guessing THAT chicken strip basket was for the group I waited for, you'd have guessed correctly. Finally get out of there with my food, there goes well over half my lunch break just standing watching customer after customer get food before me. Lesson learned, you're gonna stand there the whole time always, DON'T use the app.TL;DR Ordered on the app, waited in the lobby longer than ordering in person."
