Was in the line today for 5 minutes without moving. I was able to pull out of the line, go to McDonalds, finish my food, go into the mall and the car that was in front of me in the line still hadn't been served by the time I got back into my truck. Arby's rocks but that was a very frustrating thing to see and experience.

I've encountered the same issue for the second time today with a raw Wagyu burger. This time, I was informed that they are served medium rare. However, mine was undercooked twice. If that is indeed the case, I wish they would make it clear on the menu, as I’m not comfortable eating a raw burger, no matter how high-quality the meat is said to be! Voir le carte

I mainly go through the drive thru so there isn't much contact with others. Though the service is on the slow side but it's not as bad as some drive-thru are. Bright side, you are greeted with a friendly face when you pull up to the pay window.comr to think of it, I have never gotten a rude or surly employee at the pay window. That's a major plus in my book.

Sara took our order at the drive-thru, and all she said was "okay." She really lacked any customer service skills. We ordered large meals, but what we received were all small sizes. Additionally, my son's kids' meal didn't come with a drink, despite us specifically asking for one. I'm sorry, but if you aren't going to provide decent service in a fast food restaurant, then you probably shouldn't be working there.

FROZEN FISH chunks and hard fries on top of terrible service in remembering condiments, food orders, anything. This place is an actual HOLE. Do not waste your time, employees give this place 5 stars because it used to be 2. It’s fast food, don’t expect exceptional quality. However food here seems to be fresh. My issue is that every time we come here, they’re out of something, and we probably come 2-3 times a month, clearly they’re not ordering enough for the demand. I’ve asked them about it twice and I just hear excuses and it’s really annoying, or I’m met with attitude. I have been there many times and they’re out of half their menu, no roast beef, pop, shakes, chicken, curly fries or buns, why even open at that point? They need to do something about their inventory issue.

If I could give this place -5 stars, I absolutely would. The customer service is truly awful. The tables are consistently dirty, and they seem to be out of stock on various items all the time. We stood at the counter for five minutes without anyone acknowledging us or even saying, "We'll be with you in a moment." A staff member named Test came to the counter and spent three minutes typing on her computer without offering a simple greeting or letting us know she would assist us shortly. Meanwhile, the staff in the back were chatting and glancing our way. After that, Test just left without making eye contact or taking our order at all.
