"Hubby just brought back dinner..the French dip was great...the boneless chicken was so crunchy I couldn't even eat it and had hot sauce instead of honey bbq...the fries was wayyy over cooked and crunchy..couldn't eat those...and then the apple turnover was good but the bag kept all the icing ...wasn't impressed specially for how much fast food cost these days...not very happy with this order and being in hagerstown it's just up the road and we order alot from there...but tonight was aweful."

Went there on national cheese day to buy a cheese key ring was told they never got any if it was a national thing than was it management fault or arby send them ? To bad I still like arbys but I think I will go to one with better management

The sliders were not enjoyable. The meat was cut too thick, and the sandwiches were quite messy. I ordered 15 sliders along with some other items, but everything was stuffed into one bag, leaving the sandwiches crushed at the bottom. On the positive side, the service was speedy.
