"They were not at all accommodating with any requests on my catering order including delivery times and the addition of a shrimp platter. They stated that could not be sure they would have the extra large shrimp even with several weeks notice and refused to nail down a delivery time needing a 2 hour window . The heros were ok, but I've definitely gotten better from Salpinos, My Hero and Park deli. The chicken dish was awful. Very disappointing."

"We were warmly welcomed at the door by Paul, who introduced himself with a friendly demeanor. Rocky and Rob also greeted us, making us feel like we had known everyone for years, despite it being our first visit. The food was exceptionally well-prepared, and every dish we tried was delicious. The gnocchi was incredibly tender and practically melted in our mouths, the bolognese was outstanding, and Nonna’s ragu tasted just like it came from my grandmother's kitchen. The prices were very reasonable, offering great value. Many dishes even had suggested wine pairings on the menu, which we always appreciate. We can't say enough good things about this restaurant, and we’re certain we will be returning many times in the future. Thank you for a fantastic experience! Karen and Martin Aschner"

"Decent quality food, OK atmosphere, NYC prices with credit card surcharge and LOUSY service. A lot of people standing around doing nothing. An expensive error: I had missed my train and went into the restaurant for a quick bite. It took a while to get served, I ate about 20% of my entree, I asked to take the rest of it to go. to catch the train). Instead, they were preparing me a duplicate entree to go, billed me for it, and I explained that I wanted my entree, just to go on the train, but I did not get it language barrier, maybe? "The employee handled our food and prepared a new pizza without washing his hands after touching various items, such as papers, the register, and our payment. This is not only unappetizing and unsanitary, but also particularly concerning during a pandemic. I can't understand how this is deemed acceptable by the owner or manager. Additionally, he wasn't wearing a mask. While I realize that mask mandates may no longer be in place, it would still be wise for them to wear one to protect both their customers and the food. Many other restaurants continue to uphold this practice. At the very least, they should follow basic hygiene protocols and wash their hands before touching food. I cannot recommend this restaurant."
