Arby's - Carte

as far as arby’s is concerned, this on miller rd is a very good one. service is fast, friendly and accurate.

the woman in the window was not friendly at all. she seems to be bored and it seems she didn't even want to be there. the employee of arby must work on their customer service.

The new chicken sandwich was not good the other day it was old and it had two chicken tenders and not a breast. We didn't know until we got home. and they didn't have the fries we want. Voir le carte

Screwed my order up so bad. Gave me 4 sandwiches I didnt ask for and I was charged for them. Another sandwich they charged me for the correct one but gave me the wrong sandwich. Will not be ordering again.

I read that the classic sandwich at this restaurant typically has 3 ounces of meat, or 84 grams. Today, I weighed the sandwich I bought on Miller Road and it weighed 61 grams. I enjoy Arby's sandwiches, but they would be even better with the correct amount of meat.

Karolyn, an employee at the Miller Road location, should be let go. Her communication with customers is very negative and rude, especially when it comes to correcting orders or taking them. Great customer service and speed. The only reason they got 4 stars was due to the cleanliness of the dining room. It wasn't disgusting by any means but could have used a little more cleaning. Would stop back here again if the need arose. I ordered inside and was overall happy with my experience! good iced tea!

I recently visited a restaurant and ordered some Reuben sandwiches. I was disappointed to find that there was only a small amount of sauerkraut on my sandwich, making it hard to taste. However, I returned on Saturday morning and spoke to the manager, Jennifer, who suggested asking for extra sauerkraut with a medium amount next time. She kindly made me fresh sandwiches with plenty of sauerkraut this time. I appreciate the effort to support my neighborhood restaurant. Thank you to Jennifer and Daniel at Arby's on Miller Road.

Went to pick up a door dash order. The manager off the bat was very short with me and rude. She proceeds to push the customers food across the counter and said you 're all set and walked away. I noticed the name on the receipt didn 't match my door dash order. So I asked her if she 's sure this is the correct order and she pushes the customers bag of food closer to me and says I said, you 're all set very rudely. So I take it to the customer and sure enough, it 's the wrong order. I call the store to let them know it was the wrong order and sure enough it was the manager. Who continues to be rude to me.
