Excellent management! When my order was wrong, they addressed the issue promptly and ensured that I left feeling happy. Outstanding customer service!

Ordered my food expecting to wait the typi al 15 min, 30 min go by and they still don't have my food because they kept giving it to customers. When I asked about it he tried to refund my order, never apologized for his mistake.

Would give 0 stars if I could.... worst service I have ever experienced. Most of them were on there phones and my pretzel was hard. Cashier was not wearing gloves and the place was very dirty... if you ever decide you need a pretzel don't go here. Make your own. ? Voir le carte

pretzels were okay but service was terrible! The teenagers there were not respectful at all and gave me and my partner attitude while ordering. Employees constantly on phone and very rude. I like aunt annie’s but the chico location is slacking on customer service. 1/10

The food at Auntie Anne's is consistently delightful, especially their cinnamon and jalapeño dishes! However, the service leaves much to be desired. The staff often seem unfriendly and disengaged with both customers and their duties. Additionally, they close rather early and will not serve food if you arrive just two hours before closing time.

We went here at 5:20pm and the place closes at 6. They only had two pretzels left and had completely stopped cooking and were fully cleaning the place as if they had already closed. We took the last two pretzels and the 5 customers behind us had no more options. The service at this restaurant is quite disappointing. Don't waste your time asking for anything that hasn't been sitting in the hot case all day, as they'll simply say they're "all out" to avoid preparing it. I've visited five times and requested mini pretzel dogs each time—once even on my birthday! Unfortunately, I kept getting the same answer. The staff seems uninterested and it’s evident they don’t want to be there.

Don't waste time and money. While I was in line there was about 6 employees, 1 dude taking order the rest little girls just standing in the back staring awkwardly at me and other customers. I order 2 pretzel, while I was walking away I felt the bag was a little light I look and only see 1 pretzel, then I turn back and saw all the employees just took off one by one and soon there was nobody in the front. I clearly read the sign it says they close at 7pm but as soon as I got my order which is at 4pm they were all gone. Looks like a bunch of entitle brats too.

Save your time and money. While I was waiting in line, I noticed about six employees—one person taking orders and the others, who looked like kids, just standing at the back, awkwardly staring at me and the other customers. I ordered two pretzels, but as I walked away, I felt the bag was a bit light. When I checked, I found only one pretzel inside. I turned back to the counter and saw that all the employees had disappeared one by one, leaving no one at the front. The sign clearly stated they close at 7 PM, yet I received my order at 4 PM, and they were all gone. They seemed like a bunch of entitled brats. Voir le carte
