The soda machine with multiple flavors had the flavorings mixed up, our wings were served cold, but the onion rings were hot. Honestly, given the price, I'd prefer to eat at Taco Bell or McDonald's. It was quite disappointing. Food rating: 2/5.

I used to really love BWW and would order takeout from them nearly every week. However, they recently added a $1 carryout fee that you only discover right before checking out. I won't be returning until they eliminate this charge, as I consider it quite misleading.

This is one of the cleanest Buffalo Wild Wings locations I've visited. The layout is simple and bright, and the service was quick, even with the large crowd on Super Bowl day. The staff was well-prepared to handle the rush. One of the highlights of this location is the variety of samplers you can take to go or try on-site.

I'm not sure how this place is still in business. I've seen negative reviews that go back four years. I just picked up some wings that were undercooked, excessively salty, and the Buffalo flavor was nothing more than a dry rub with some reddish powder. I dined at the restaurant on a Monday afternoon when it was quiet. I opted for the boneless chicken and fries snack. The fries were delicious and crispy, but the chicken was rather tough, probably due to being overcooked. Additionally, the sauce on the chicken was a bit saltier than I anticipated. On a positive note, the restaurant was clean, and the ordering process was easy.

This restaurant has the poorest quality of food and service I’ve ever experienced. After repeatedly reminding the person who took our order about the name and what we had ordered, they finally got it ready—nearly an hour later. To make matters worse, the fried pickles we ordered were not even properly cooked, as shown in the picture below. If you decide to eat here, be prepared for a long wait and food that you may not even want to eat.

I can understand why this restaurant has a rating of 3.5 out of 5. Most of the time, I enjoy their amazing wings and delicious wedges. However, there are moments when they completely miss the mark—sometimes the sauce is overpowering, or the wings just lack something. If it were just about the wings, I would give them a 5-star rating, but they’ve chosen to offer other options that don’t measure up, which affects my overall score. Since this is primarily a wing joint, I believe they should be primarily judged on their wings. Therefore, I'm giving them a solid 4 out of 5. The customer service was also good.
