Service is always good but this time the meat fell short I couldn’t even eat my rib tips so hard and chewy and beef brisket was dried I will be calling today , fries was awesome as usual complaint is the meat I was on my lunch didn’t even get chance to eat yesterday working 12 hr shift Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

My partner and I really love their ribs but their customer service could do with some work! We are returning customers, who went by one and a half hours before closing time wanting two full rib slabs. They told us that they had run out and could not make any more due to closing time looming over their heads. Very very disappointed. They clearly had more than enough time to prepare it. We were more than willing to wait. Also they had a clear attitude whilst declining us!

Food was so good! The place looks a bit older and so-so on decor but who cares because the food was amazing! The brisket melts in your mouth. The smoked links and pulled chicken were both delicious as well! We got mac cheese and the cucumber salad which were both worth getting again. The mashed potatoes were a bit thin for me. You gotta love the faux reviews. 5 stars really? Come on guys. At least write a paragraph. These guys are magicians. How does a order of DRIED OUT RIB TIPS for 10.99 and a piece of THE INCREDIBLE STRINKING CORN BREAD for 1.50 turn into 16.99 when they ring you up. Here's how; they charge you for a drink that you did not ask for and says it is part of the side. Absolute genius. Also as another reviewer had stated the rib tips, I mean leather tips were tough and dried out to the max. I guess patronizing one's business is not good enough anymore these days. They now have to pad your order with things you never asked for and hope you do not catch it before running your card or paying with cash.... Voir le carte
