I wish I could give this place a negative rating. I ordered delivery and ended up paying double for items they replaced without consulting me first. I'm allergic to all the substitutions they made! The bagels at this restaurant are generally very good, but I've encountered some inconsistencies. There have been occasions when I ordered an everything bagel and ended up with an egg bagel instead. Also, the toasting quality can vary. If they could improve their consistency, this place would be exceptional.

This is the worst place I've ever visited! I will definitely be sticking with the Bagel Store on Hylan Boulevard and Clove Road instead. Bagel Hut tends to overcharge, while the prices at the Bagel Store are much more reasonable. Also, be aware that Bagel Hut will charge you for using a credit card without notifying you in advance. Their excuse is, "Oh, I'm sorry, the machine does it automatically."
