Staff is rude and unhelpful. They also don't have most of the things they advertise in stock.

Between the open times being different on their door versus Yelp or Google and the fact that they aren't open during the times that are on the door, finding them open is hit or miss.

the employees are nice but you never know when they are open as I've shown up after 12p some days and it's closed despite the advertised 11a opening. They also charge more than the other stores Voir le carte

I love this ice cream shop. The service is great, there is a girl who works there is is so polite and cheery, makes my day. I think Cotton Candy is my favorite flavor with Bubble Gum as second classic BR runner up.

Bad staff. I was waiting in the queue aware of the covid situation and was standing closer to 6ft distance sign but just not ON the sign. The staff pointed it out disrespectfully, it was weird but as I was already the second person in the queue ????, Ijust ordered my ice cream.

Severely disappointed. I sent my husband to get one of their sundaes, it was pathetically small. They were completely out of most of their toppings and charged me $15 dollars for it! My husband opted for a single scoop and that alone was $4.25! A complete rip off, I wish I could get my money back. Don't go here unless you want to be charged an arm and a leg for a couple mouthfuls. Voir le carte

tI was a hot late afternoon and we popped in for two double scoop dishes of ice cream. The sign is visible from the highway but to access the shoppe, requires driving behind the Burger King into the shopping complex. Jan ordered soy free carmel, and I ordered a blend of my favorite which is one scoop of chocolate, and one scoop of cherry. The service was prompt and the establishment clean.

This review is only based on this Baskin Robbins in HMB. We have come here after dinner about 4-5 times over the last month. Every time we have been here there's been an issue. Twice the young workers didn't greet us and continued to talk and ignore us. On another visit we just stood there waiting for them to acknowledge us when we were the only one in the store. Another time they were in the back and nobody was in the front while we waited. Another time their computers were down and they couldn't sell us anything. We waited and watched while they spoke to someone on the phone. Another time they were just closed during their business hours.

Let me tell you, this place is a complete rip-off! They were out of nearly all their toppings and still had the audacity to charge me $15! My crush, sweet girl that she is, just wanted a simple scoop and they priced it at $4.25! Can you believe it? It’s absolutely ridiculous. I wish I could get my money back. Avoid this spot unless you’re looking to waste your cash on just a few bites. To make matters worse, while we were there, there was a chaotic scene outside with two guys fighting near a van. What is wrong with people? Overall, it was a hugely disappointing experience. Don’t waste your time here unless you enjoy being taken advantage of. Voir le carte
