Kind and fast service, awesome chicken, and cool spot to eat. Placed order for takeout, decided to dine in, and the pivot was taken exceptionally.

Waited 40 min for 1 chicken bowl. Last time I come waste my time here. Payed 20 bucks for a chicken bowl and a soda plus a 40 min wait. Unbelievable.

This place is absolute trash. Come here if you want college kids to mess up your order, charge you double and not give you your food. Pretty sure they spit in your bobas! Voir le carte

The pickled radish does not come with your pricy chicken. The radish is $2.5. Haha what a joke.. it’s because the owner there is not korean. They don’t know what is going on.

The chicken is made fresh when you order it, so don't expect to get your food as quickly as one would at KFC. I've tried a few flavors, and I love them all. You can get mild chicken, and you can get knock-your-socks-off spicy chicken. My wife loves their bubble tea. The French fries are ok. I find putting them in my air fryer for a few minutes crisps them up. Yum yum chicken.

Visited chicago with a friend and was excited to try food from here. Got the secret spicy chicken wings, and mashed taro coconut milk with bubble tea. Wings were pretty good, but milk tea was awful. It had this nasty slimy substance coming up the straw and I wanted to exchange the drink for cheaper drink without even asking for a refund on the original. Horrible. They do not know ingredients for their chickens. They were not able to list allergens clearly when I received a call right after ordering from their website asking me to change the order. I asked to cancel the order, and the employee on the phone agreed to cancel. But I was charged the full amount and did not get a refund yet. They think that peanuts are tree nuts.
