Love, love the food. Very much a classic deli with sales by the pound or buy a sandwich to either eat in or to go.

This place is far from my home but very nice. The person who served me was very nice even helped me get out of the door with my crutches! I usually go to the Benji's in Shorewood but this one is just as good.

The classic deli sandwiches at this restaurant are fantastic! I've tried their soups a few times and while they are a bit pricey, they are very filling. The overall prices are on the higher side, but the quality of food is worth it.

I've been going here for ages, and I keep coming back for the soup. A quart of the matzo ball soup is so good when it's frigid in the depths of winter. The burger or grilled cheese is plain but very good during the summer. You can't beat it! Voir le carte

The food is always good here. I prefer benjis in Shorewood, but that's mainly due to the atmosphere. However, I rate down one star due to cringey price increases. 2 coffees, 2 hot chocolates, and 4 cups of soup ran my family $50. I get inflation, I understand passing costs forward, but what was once a treat for my family is now untenable.

I have been eating barbecued meat my whole life and was searching for the good old-fashioned brisket. I decided to stop by Benji's on Port Washington Rd yesterday. I paid $26 per pound but was greatly disappointed. Despite requesting for it to not be lean, nobody paid attention to my request. The meat was tough and not tender like good brisket should be. It was dry and flavorless. I will never be dining there again.

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant over the weekend. The staff were friendly and very focused on customer service. The portions were just right so we didn't leave hungry. The Chicago dog was larger than we expected and the Not-So-Italian burger was surprisingly delicious. My family was so satisfied with their meals that they didn't make a peep the entire time. The outdoor seating area is cozy and the 80s/90s rock music played by a small band was a nice touch. We will definitely be returning when we're in the city again. Voir le carte
