The employees weren’t wearing masks and seemed annoyed at when I walked in.

The guy working was not wearing a mask and came out from the back wiping his face and mouth with his hand and did not wash his hands. I'm a regular and I won't come back. I'm too disgusted.

The staff was incredibly unwelcoming and the man working looked annoyed every time someone entered the store. He also touched his eye and nose several times while handling peoples orders. It took everything I had not to ask him to wash his hands before he poured my smoothie. Will not be back… Voir le carte

I agree with another reviewer that the posted hours are not to be trusted. I have been there at 8:00am when it's posted to be open, and it's been closed every time. Good things I was not in a hurry or relying on them being open those times. The smoothies are good, and we enjoy them, I'm just disappointed in the integrity of the business hours.

I was curious why only one person was working despite the long line, and the girl working explained that the owner would not allow more than one person on the clock. It was clear that she was overwhelmed and the workload became chaotic. It's not her fault, but as a customer, it was not a good experience. What's worse is that the employees are treated unfairly for no reason. I don't know what the owner is thinking, but it's really unfair to put their workers through that.

I often visit this restaurant in the late afternoon or early evening after my workout at a nearby gym. Typically, there are always at least two employees working and they are always busy. However, during my last visit, there was only one girl working, a long line, and the service was chaotic. I overheard her telling another customer that they could only have one person working at a time, which was very confusing. As a regular customer, I was disappointed and confused by this experience.

The restaurant had a long wait due to only one waitress working. She was clearly struggling to keep up, and when asked why she was alone, she mentioned that the owner wouldn't allow more staff on shift. It's concerning to see employees being overworked like this, and it may end up driving away customers. While the food was good, it's important for the restaurant to treat their staff fairly by either hiring more help or allowing for more staff to work at once. It's unfair for both employees and customers to have only one person handling everything.

Don't trust their posted hours at all. They close early and open late all the time. I started getting smoothies from here a couple years ago, and they were decent at first. They progressively got worse and worse as the employees stopped caring about the quality of the smoothies. Nowadays its more of a crunchy/chewy rather than a smoothie when certain employees are making it (from what I've experienced it's mostly the male employees). Doesn't help that they use frozen fruits rather than fresh fruit. Also pricing on their menu is very confusing since prices are generalized on the menu but each item has a specific price.
