Big Daddy's Pizza - Carte

Called multiple times for a delivery order and no one even bothered to answer. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Purchased a 26 inch pizza and it was burnt all the way through. I was really looking forward to this so it was incredibly disappointing.

Ordered chicken tenders got burnt chicken nuggets not even close to what's viewed on the menu this is the second time i have had poor quality two strikes your out lost my Voir le carte

I’ve been a fan of Big Daddy’s since my time in Utah, and the consistency here is just as impressive as it was back then. The service is outstanding and fast. I will definitely be coming back!

Overall, they did an excellent job. The pizza dough was remarkable across all the dishes. It's not your usual fast-food pizza chain dough, which is a positive—it had a distinctive flavor of its own. The food was fantastic!

The driver never arrived and didn't respond to any messages. When I called the restaurant to report the issue, the person who answered hung up on me while I was trying to explain the situation. It's clear why there are so many negative reviews. Voir le carte

The staff at this restaurant is always friendly, and the pizza is exactly what you would expect for the price. I especially appreciate the wide range of options available, which is something that many places do not offer. However, it’s worth mentioning that they often have a shortage of delivery drivers, so if you can, I suggest placing an order for pickup instead.

I highly advise against ordering from this restaurant! I've had the worst customer service experience in Aurora. My pizza was never delivered, and when I called to request a refund, I was told that the driver was on the way. Now, it's been 45 minutes past my expected delivery time. The restaurant keeps hanging up on me, and despite my attempts to call and text the driver, he isn't responding. I'll have to go in person to get my refund.

My experience with Big Daddy pizza was HORRIBLE today! I paid $45 for a specific kind of pizza HALF pepperoni HALF cheese! When I received the pizza and finally make it to my destination I see the pizza is ALL Pepperoni …. So I call the company express to them the pizza was made wrong so they advise for me to come back they’ll give me another pizza!! So I make my way back the SAME employee who told me to come told me I now had to speak with management …. So I speak with the manager he proceeds to tell me he can’t give me a pizza without a picture …. (Not telling me this over the phone) which should’ve been said before they agreed to giving me the pizza! I’m really upset because it’s my daugh... Voir le carte
