"I had an exceptional dining experience at Happy Lamb Hot Pot in Murray—possibly the best service I've encountered at a restaurant this year! The customer service was outstanding; it's evident that this establishment is well-managed. We visited on a busy Friday night, and despite the large groups ahead of us, we were seated promptly in about 40 minutes. It was a nice touch that they offered snack crackers for customers while we waited. 
Our waiter was attentive, taking our orders for meat and broth right away and checking in on us regularly. We left feeling completely satisfied! The buffet was well-stocked and clean, with highlights among the hot foods being the pig trotters, sesame chicken (the sauce was a mystery, but it was delicious), and the kimchi/cucumber salad, along with the stir-fried udon. The drink options were also a hit, particularly the milk tea which our table thoroughly enjoyed.
The vegetables and hot pot ingredients were incredibly fresh and well-prepared. Our favorite meats for the hot pot were the pork belly and garlic beef, while the iron steak didn't impress us as much. One personal note: I wished they had used fewer goji berries in the broths; by the end of the meal, they all tasted too much like herbal tonics, which, while healthy, wasn't the best flavor with the meats.
The atmosphere was relaxed and modern, perfect for conversation, and we appreciated the complimentary ice cream at the end of the meal. Overall, I would definitely return!
