"Place is Total ****. Overpriced and slow service. I work in the building so unfortunately stuck going there for lunch on occasion (and hate doing so but too lazy to go elsewhere). They are in a building with A/C but somehow haven 't turned on the A/C ever so it so hot in there while you wait forever to get your food. They have tomato as the soup of the day but haven 't had it in weeks and pretend to run out just ahead of you. It 's almost comical to the point I ask each time just to see they pretend each time. I honestly would never walk into this place but alas I am too lazy to leave my building for lunch someone 's Learn from me. The place is terrible. Keep away"

Please inform your customer(s) of any delays to their order due to large online orders PRIOR to accepting their payment. 30 minutes for a breakfast sandwich is unacceptable!

I order same breakfast burrito get charged a different amount every time. I order at the place bc i don't want to pay the $2 service fee but i get charged $11 one day, $12, $10.50 another...???? I asked them why, they say it must be mistake by other cashiers.

Worst customer service. I got sick from their food three (3)times! Every time I ordered salads got stomach issues. I believe they keep food out and it was not refrigerated. Then I ordered sandwiches, the tuna was moldy and old and smelled bad. I?ll NEVER go there again. I?ll
