Bluestone Lane Hoboken Café

I come almost once a month to Jersey for work and this place in Hoboken, has become my favourite! The coffee is really good and the options for breakfast and brunch are very tasty. Seems like they pay attention to the quality of their products!

Not great. The poached egg was overcooked, and the service was subpar, likely due to a staffing shortage. It’s concerning that the system requires customers to tip when ordering before receiving their food and service. The only positive aspect was the attractive presentation of the dishes.

I had the BEST experience. The restaurant was insanely busy today, but the staff was so nice and accommodating. You could tell they were working really hard running around trying to give everyone a great experience. The food as usual was really good and consistent. Here is the resounding yes to Bluestone Lane Hoboken Cafe: On my whimsical stay across the Hudson river I was desperate for a good coffee and Bluestone showed up on my search. Coffee I got food was excellent. Great staff, and this restaurant gets my full throated endorsement. Cheers.

Beautiful cafe with good coffee. Not the biggest menu in terms of either coffee or food, but it?s a great straightforward stop with some friends. Quick food turnaround, online ordering made bill splitting easy, and the food was pretty good. Most of us had the BL wrap, which was flavorful but a bit too tangy with the sauce on it. The iced mocha wasn?t too sweet so it was quite good. Recommended.

I finally tried their brunch after enjoying their coffee for a long time. The outdoor seating is lovely, and the interior is equally charming with beautiful decor and decorative plants. The place is clean and cozy. We ordered and paid through a QR code on our phones. The coffee is good, and we shared three dishes: avocado smash, B.L.A.T.E, and warm chicken salad. In a sea of coffee shops, especially in busy downtown Hoboken, this one stands out! The ambiance was relaxing and I was able to get some studying done while sipping on my several macchiatos. The staff was friendly and make sure I was taken care of as well. I also had the chicken ancient grains bowl which was soothing. The coffee tastes lovely and I even bought a bag of Maverick coffee to have at home. A special thanks to an extra awesome NICK for making sure I had all that I needed to study well! tldr: don't go here!!! Invest all that extra cash or better, eat anywhere else) I am going to be detailed about my assessment of this place. The ambience and location are 5/5 Coffee 5/5 I got a flat white). I wanted to get breakfast and coffee and possibly work here. They charged me $20 for a veggie breakfast which was just a GF bread topped with smashed avocados, eggs, spinach, heirloom tomatoes and mushroom. I am up for paying $20 if the food is worth that.The whole dish was hastily put together this was not a rush hour). They gave me a bread no condiments, no butter, not toasted or grilled) just a plain bread and put a lot of spinach not cut, wilted, stir-fried) just spinach directly out...

I ordered the BL Burrito with a side of bacon, while my partner chose the Athlete's Burrito. Both dishes were bland and lacked many ingredients. My partner's burrito was missing avocado and feta, making it so unappealing that she found it inedible. I completely understand her reaction. My own burrito was equally disappointing in flavor. It's disheartening to say that I’ve had better breakfast burritos from Taco Bell. My burrito was devoid of feta and any semblance of enjoyment. The bacon was undercooked and tasteless, lacking the joy that bacon typically brings. Instead of delight, it left me feeling let down.
