"Because it was Valentine’s Day and we arrived to a packed (but not too packed house, I expected to be late in getting seated. But we were seated on time if not early at a cozy table. All the staff were very pleasant. We started with an old fashioned and a Manhattan, both good — and quick! Then came a fresh, warm and crusty baguette and butter. Then we had potato leek soup, delicious, and a hearty salad with lots of good stuff (olives, chick peas, avocados, roasted leek, frisé . Jeanette, our server, was absolutely wonderful—quick, pleasant, witty and helpful. She made a perfect wine suggestion and because I couldn’t decide, I let her choose my entree — chicken cordon bleu. We also had chicken forestière. BOTH were plentiful and awesome. The cordon bleu had a perfect crust on the outside, tender and savory on the inside. The atmosphere was lively with nice music, but not too loud. An all-around perfect experience."

"I’m such a high tea fan, I’ve enjoyed it on 5 continents. The new high tea offered at Tea Lula ranks as one of the best I’ve enjoyed. The food is fresh and so creative, beyond what you find at most tea service. Sandwiches will have you craving more. The homemade cream, jam and lemon curd for the scones are absolutely delicious. Sweet tier offers a nice mix of treats and balances it out with some fresh fruit. The tea selections are great and wine is also offered. If you don’t want the alcohol there’s a choice of some very festive nonalcoholic effervescent beverages. It’s a lovely setting, bright and cheery and the staff makes you feel so welcome. Truly a wonderful way to enjoy the high tea experience. I can’t wait to return!"

"Fantastic breakfast spot! I can't comment on the rest of the menu since we always come here for breakfast, but the service is exceptional and their breakfast deals are unbeatable. I always order the same meal because it's delicious and an incredible value! My husband has tried several different items, particularly loves their omelets, and everything we've had is excellent. This is our favorite place to go for breakfast, and we haven't discovered any local alternatives that come anywhere close!"

"Birthday dinner started out fine but the rolls we ordered as an appetizer never came until after the entrees. Service was good until we ordered. Then they never came back. We ran out of water and drinks. Finally yelled the waiters name across the restaurant and got water. Ordered another drink but they forgot that also. Had to ask for another one and it finally arrived after dessert. They did mess up and brought 2. Food was good and I have had great service at the Trulucks in Florida. Seemed like the wait staff had way too many tables and were very interested in serving the 2 large tables Will not be going back to this location"

"What happened to Zias???? We were seated immediately. Bus boy brought us water and bread. And then we waited, and waited, and waited. Finally a bus boy asked if we wanted something else to drink besides water. Finally the server came (we assumed because she didn’t introduce herself or apologize for the delay) with our drink order. Asked us if we were ready to order, so we did. That was it for her. Bus boy brought us our dinner. We ate. I had to flag down the host to order another drink. Surprise the waitress dropped it off. She not once asked us how our meal was, if we needed anything, she was beyond awful. Very very disappointed in an establishment that we have dined at many times in the past. So in closing bill she got a tip for showing up. Bye Zias No more"
