"We had a truly disappointing experience at this restaurant. The hamburger was so tough that we couldn’t even eat it. There was blood on the plate from the chicken. We sent it back and opted for the country fried steak, but it didn't meet our expectations either. We also tried a meatloaf sandwich as a replacement for the hamburger, and it was equally unsatisfactory. Our family has decided that we will never return. We paid the $50 bill and left feeling very unhappy."

"Worst food one thing I asked for was my egg to be cooked medium to were there’s yellow not pure mushie eggs as a over medium took over a hr to get food no one did there job or give us refills the cooks were arguing with the servers. No one gave 2 cents about there job here they need to clean house who ever own this franchise and get new workers would give less stars but have to give one to leave this to save others if u need bob Evans go to a different one other then the one in Amelia"

"Extremely rude lady that works there and answers the phone. I ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni, extra cheese and bacon. I had my grand kids with me and did a walk in order. I got home and gave my grandson a piece and grand daughter and myself and noticed no pepperoni. I also noticed how sloppy the pizza was made. The cheese was hardly on there and all the you could really see was pizza sauce. I was not going to make a issue of that but when I seen not pepperoni, I thought I 'd call and let them know. The lady laughed at me and stated you are three pieces of pizza before you noticed but what she didn 't seem to understand is, I had two grandbabies here as well, that are young. I told her yes about the three pieces and she said it again and then put me on hold. She got back on the phone and said since you ate half the pizza I 'll make you a personal. I told her I would like to have a medium like I paid for but with pepperoni as I originally ordered. She got very snappy and rude and told me she ain 't doing that and it 's their policy and NOT THE CUSTOMERS! I was very nice and calm till then. I told her customer is first and there is no reason I would call there telling them there is no pepperoni, if their wasn 't and since I came there and gave my order and paid, I should get one replaced. Unfortunately she was rude and told me NO! I guess they will hire anybody these days but those anybody 's will make you lose a customer really quick!!!! Don 't waste you time with these rude and disrespectful people, go where they care and customers first! God Bless!!"
