"First of all, why is your dining room not back open yet, that's ridiculous. Second, I waited forever in the Drive-Thru during dinner time, get my food, get home, not my order. Drive back (ten minutes each way) and the line is now to the entrance for Walmart. Call the store and tell them I've already been through the line and my whole order is wrong and they tell me I have to still wait in the line to get a replacement because they're dining room is closed. This is unacceptable service."

Person charges $30 for a 7 something dollar meal had to get refund and customer service was rude as it can get and then employee trying to fight us put corporate sees this before those employees get hurt by somebody

decent, but they keep forgetting my ranch (which I'm pretty sure I'm extra charged, but correct me when I'm wrong). Also- the menu board says that the chicken dishes come with 2 pages, but workers only allow them, 1. they need to make sure they are properly trained on the menu. Voir le carte

This has been the worst dining experience I've had since moving to Randleman. We paid $22 for two 5-piece tender meals. The mashed potatoes looked like they had fries mixed in, and the strips they gave us were old and burnt, with half the size of a regular one. It seems like they just don't care about their customers.

spend $33 and have to bring it home and cook it ready. they have to cook. 2 out of 4 biscuits were still raw, maybe 30 percent bo rounds needed more they maybe 70 percent boiled. Homestyle channels were cooked, but were lukewarm. prices rose, but quality has not improved. psbeen missing yall but dang seems like the same old problems hit or miss.
