Bojangles - Carte

Bo's chicken sandwich reminds me of the spicy chicken sandwiches from Popeyes! I really wish Bojangles would expand further north. The blueberry biscuits are my favorite without a doubt, but I’d recommend against pairing them with the jumbo chicken breast on the sandwich.

The food was fantastic, but the service leaves much to be desired. Management should prioritize training their staff to adhere to proper customer service standards. I found the atmosphere a bit unsettling, almost like I was involved in something shady, akin to a street drug deal. It's crucial for employees to understand how to behave professionally.

We decided to try Bojangles again at a different location, and we were pleased with our experience. The staff demonstrated a strong sense of urgency and communicated well. They were very professional throughout our visit. Even though they had run out of sporks for our biscuits and gravy, they promptly resolved the issue and took steps to ensure we were satisfied with our order. I went outside to eat at a table. One piece of chicken was nearly burned and very tough, while the other was small and unappealing. While I understand that not everyone can be cheerful all the time, this experience—though I hesitate to call it service—was incredibly disappointing, as was the food. I hope my experience was just an isolated incident; if not, these employees could certainly benefit from some training on how to effectively interact with customers.

I typically stop by Bojangles whenever I’m in the South, since we don’t have any locations up North. The chicken is usually fantastic—delicious, moist, and tender—just like it was this time, even though I jokingly refer to the after-effects as the "blojangles." We arrived around noon and the place was quite busy, with about 10 people in line and the drive-thru packed. The restrooms, especially the women's, could use some attention. When we left, the trash bins were overflowing, but the staff promptly replaced them right after we exited. The tables could have been cleaner as they felt a bit greasy.
