absolutely terrible service. delivery was cancelled and refunded. complete incompetence.

Order from somewhere else, we ordered an hour ago and just called to check, and they forgot our order entirely. No thanks.

called to check on our delivery order after waiting an hour and a half, but no answer after multiple tries. finally gave up and decided to eat somewhere else. sad that i didn’t even get a chance to see how their food was. Voir le carte

I can see now that people were correct in their assessments. I ordered a pizza and was told it would take 40 minutes. However, it took them 2 hours to deliver it. By the time they arrived, the kids were already asleep. I placed my order at 8 PM, but it didn't arrive until 10 PM. Absolutely ridiculous!

I travel 4-5 times a month all over the country for work. This gives me the opportunity to try all kinds of food (seafood my favorite) . The seafood ravioli at Broadway pizza was exceptional. I’d even go as far as saying the best seafood pasta I’ve had. I’ll definitely be back ! All my friends will hear about it for days . I can still taste it mmmmm!!

I called at 6:15 PM to place an order for one large pizza, a 2-liter soda, and two orders of hot wings. They told me my order would be ready and delivered by 7:40 PM. However, it didn't arrive until 9:05 PM—nearly three hours later. When the delivery person finally arrived, he brought me a cold pizza that wasn't even the correct one. When I expressed my frustration about the long wait, he simply shrugged it off. I decided to just keep the wings and the soda. After ordering from this restaurant consistently for several months, I’m really disappointed by a recent experience. I placed an order for a cheeseburger and fries, which came to a total of $24 after fees. When the food arrived, my card was declined. I knew I had enough money to cover the bill, but the delivery person attempted to charge me nearly an extra five dollars, bringing the total to almost $30 for a quarter-pound cheeseburger and fries. The entire time, I thought there was an issue with my card, but the company confirmed that he was trying to run it for close to $30. We were staying at the Best Western Cabrillo Garden Inn, less than a mile from this pizza place. The reviews were mixed, but we gave it a shot for delivery and were more than pleased. Breadsticks were unique, tasty, and came with a quality marinara. The star of the show, though, was the giant cheese pizza. Perhaps my math skills aren 't what they should be, but I had underestimated how big a 20 inch pizza would be. And quantity was equally matched with quality in this case. The worse customer service I've ever experienced and very unorganized. We came down from LA for the weekend because my husband has a work event in San Diego on Saturday. We seen a menu for this place at our hotel and the manager said she recommends them. My husband called to place an order, he tried a few times and had no luck. We just gave up and started looking elsewhere. Someone had called my husband back from the restaurant and took our order, he asked if we're paying card or cash we said card he said okay 30 minutes which would be ready at 9.
