I waited an hour for a whole chicken, even though I ordered it over the phone and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Once I arrived, I had to wait an additional 40 minutes. Food: 4, Service: 3.

All I got was grilled chicken and rice and once slice of pizza. The grilled chicken and rice flavor was good.. but they leave the pizza out and gnats all over it and just heat it up. As for the service, I usually order takeout for lunch, and the prices are reasonable, around $10–20 per person. I have to give the food a solid 5 out of 5—it’s excellent! The atmosphere is also great, earning another 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Buffalo Wings, Half Grilled Chicken with Rice, Half Chicken, Cheese Pizza Slice, and Halal Pizza.

"On the other day with my uncle. It wasn't even there. The place looks great and every time I go there, the quality will be better and better. "To say that the service was terrible is an understatement. Went there around 1 hour before their closing time, wanting to dine in. Nobody met me at the door and I was looking for anyone to talk to. After I was finally approached by one of the staff while standing by the front desk I immediately made it known that was my first time at their place and asked for any recommendations. After picking a dish I liked while still standing by the front desk and not even being offered to sit I payed around 34 which I found too much but still added a tip. I was told to wait for 15 minutes which I did. At the end they brought my food packed in a bag to take out. I was confused and told them that I didn’t ask for a take out and wanted to dine in, to what they got aggressively disrespectful telling me that their dining in is closed. I was trying to explain that I mentioned the fact that I am a first timer and didn’t know anything about their work regulations to what I was told in an extremely disrespectful manner that I should have known that “anywhere in America” when you order food by the counter that means you take it out. I didn’t have anything else to say but that they are extremely rude and this is not the way they should treat their customers. They gave me the worst experience. "I have been to billy boys several times and it kills me I have to leave this review. Today we decided to grab some to bring some food home after a long day. We get our food in the house and our drink container and what crawled out of it but a cockroach. I tried to get the best picture I could. I have to say I am extremely disappointed in this! I'm just grateful I was able to get this dude out of my house and grateful I saw it. Needless to say that was 40.00 waisted and we threw our food away! Proceed with caution"

"What the hell did We pay $62 for? My wife and I ordered via door dash Pulled pork sandwich $14.51) a beef brisket sandwich 16.49) and the appetizer combo $11.87). I understand taxes and the fees for DoorDash. The pulled pork had no Smokey flavor and was masked by the attempt of a BBQ sauce that was slapped on the top of a soggy French roll. The Brisket was so dry that it could have been passed for jerky on a soggy French roll as well. When you’re charging upwards towards $20 for a sandwich why wouldn’t you give fries? The 2 oz cup of bland coleslaw could have stayed at the restaurant. The appetizer combo was a sad sight with 2 mozzarella cheese sticks, 6 mushrooms and 4 onion rings. $12 for this! If you’re going to charge a premium for your food please make sure the quality reflects the value. Thank god I had some pickles in my fridge to enhance the taste of this disaster of a dinner. I will spend my money elsewhere and make sure everyone I know steers clear of here."
