Bru Burger Keystone

Always enjoy my time at BRU. Food was excellent and bread pudding did not disappoint. Our server brought the check before asking about dessert.

Good food, good selection. I have an onion allergy and asked not to have onions on my burger, still came with them on, is what it is, not upset. Easy fix. Good food

Best burger Iv ever had! Great service, attentive bar tenders and chill atmosphere. For an appetizer we got the pulled pork nachos, which were amazing and then I got the Mexicalle burger. Highly recommend! Voir le carte

Our group of 8 retirees came back for the 4th time because Tara is the best server we’ve ever had! She is excellent at her job but more importantly she is friendly, sweet and kind! We always try to get her! Oh, and our lunch is always good as well!

My first time trying this chain was at the Keystone location with a group of friends/colleagues. Amazing service and what a delicious salad. Others also loved their meals no complaints. Really disappointed in this place. I had heard so many good things. I'm not sure if the quality has gone down or it was just a bad day. The burgers were mediocre at best, the meat was not very good when comparing to similar places. They were also extremely soggy. On top of this, the fries were an additional cost, not an included side. For the price, the food is not worth it at all. Service was decent. Voir le carte

We love coming here—first — the manager— unfortunately I forget his name— always warmly greets us— and extends such a warm welcome. My experience is not unique because I see him extend his kindness to everyone. Charisse was our server and she was outstanding! Our glasses were always full and our food was delivered warm— everything was delicious. She was so kind and helpful— we had a wonderful time and look forward to returning!!

First time visitor. Good burger selection...or you can just create one of your own liking. Can even substitute chicken instead of a burger. Server was nice but service was rather slow. But two in our party were late getting there so that may have been partly to blame. But still, we sat there with our menus on the table for well over 20 minutes before taking our food orders. Manager never came to ask us how things were. We like that sort of thing usually. Probably won 't go back any time soon. The reason we went there was for the Indy Devour menu. But it was just as cheap to order off the regular menu. We normally go to more upscale places during devour and that is definitely not the case at...

This Bru burger is located right opposite side of Fashion mall and have ample of parking spaces. I enjoy going to Bru burger in downtown Indianapolis so thought of checking this location out. Unfortunately the server who helped us was either new or not very well trained as we asked for beer options and I asked about the difference between 2 beers which I was getting confused on and she had no idea what the beers tasted like which was OK at first but when my brother inlaw asked the similar questions on 2 other drinks she was not sure on that too. After pacing the orders for out burgers they turned out well. So food was good only thing the service we got was not up to the mark. But I will surl... Voir le carte
