Best bagels in town! The brueggers app leaves much to be desired. But the location itself is great

I had the worst experience ever at this restaurant. It took 40 minutes to receive four toasted bagels.

Salt bagels!!! Yummy. Could you please fix your toaster to brown the bagels. Thanks!!! Why would we want them just warmed up and not toasted when they are put in a toaster? 100% baffling. Voir le carte

The restaurant offers an excellent variety of tasty bagels along with a selection of breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Their menu is further enhanced by a range of muffins, coffee, and beverages.

I had a delicious deli sandwich (the one with sriracha blue cheese) at a reasonable price. The restaurant itself is a bit outdated, and I noticed that some of the table surfaces weren’t clean when we arrived. However, the shop's cups have a beautiful and unique design. The staff was also very friendly.

We had the opportunity to enjoy breakfast here for the first time with our guests who were in town for business. The bagels are incredibly fresh, and the service is outstanding. The only drawback is that there isn't a place to sit and eat. Additionally, there are no seating options available since COVID. Voir le carte

I was disappointed with this location. I've been a customer for 30 years, but the bagels just aren't as good anymore. The cream cheese didn't taste fresh, either. To make matters worse, when I paid, the woman assisting me admitted that she struggles with math, which resulted in her giving me back less change than she should have. I won't be coming back anytime soon.

So my boss has never had a lox and cream cheese on a bagel sandwich so I stopped into bruegger's Bagels on the way into work and grabbed the daily catch, I think that's what it was called It had to deal with lox on a bagel. Everyone in there was really quick getting the order together, I even saw one woman come in and they filled her coffee up in a to-go container which was really interesting.

A few months ago, this location changed their ordering system, and it has been complete chaos ever since. Customers are waiting over 20 minutes just for a bagel with cream cheese. The staff clearly seems overwhelmed, and the system is not working. This place was fantastic when they allowed customers to order while moving through the line; there were never any issues. Please revert to the old ordering system! Otherwise, I worry this location won't survive. Voir le carte
