The waitress was exceptionally friendly and cheerful. The kitchen protocol could use some updating as the food did not meet expectations. However, the decor, inspired by a forest theme, was lovely. The shop itself was adorable, and I couldn't resist purchasing a couple of t-shirts with movie quotes.

a lively and delicious restaurant in the core of the big apple. do not get lost with the name, the restaurant chain offers all kinds of meat and salads, except their excellent seafood. the first floor restaurant in the Paramount building with a view of the times square is my favorite location, delicious eating, energetic staff and lively atmosphere inside and outside, so what you can ask more!?

eating was excellent! I got the 20 for $22 and it was excellent. we had 4 people with dinner and everyone was very satisfied. our waiter, tye, was incredible! and I can't say that enough. the prices were nowhere near where I thought it was. it was actually quite reasonable! we all would go back without hesitation. if they want good seafood and delicious drinks, they give this place a shot. they will not be disappointed! a booklet when you visit times square. bubba gump shrimp co. is one of many restaurants that they can visit when they are in nyc. they not only offer garnel, but a large selection of seafood. the restaurant also has a great view of the times square especially in the night. they come for the experience and come for the sake of the. they are already here in new york city, why not experience and enjoy every moment of their visit.

The food was average and poorly presented, appearing as though it was haphazardly thrown into a basket. The service was mediocre. We ordered drinks and were told we could keep the glasses, but when we finished and went to retrieve them, we were informed by a staff member downstairs that they did not have the cocktail shaker that was supposed to come with our order, only the glasses. I have dined at another Bubba Gump's location where the food, atmosphere, and service were all excellent.

incredible! the creation is based on the forrest gump film and there are film details everywhere. the place is simply unbelievable for those who enjoy this movie and above all the spatialities of the time square is gigantic with several very large etagens with much space. it is always filled with people and the delay can be up to 40 minutes. eating is unbelievable, a large selection of seafood prepared for various ways, all exquisite, the bar is very large and they can eat there comfortably (also this shortens the waiting time much.) a place where they need to know without doubt. We loved the shrimp hush puppies, crab and shrimp rolls, and bang bang shrimp. We love bubba Gump and visit one wherever we go that has one. Some entrees were great such as the shrimp pasta and fried fish. Drinks were tasty and service and atmosphere are great. We also ordered 2 orders of the crab boil which was almost inedible. Overcooked shrimp and mushy crab, and it was dry because it had no sauce. When seafood is served super hot and without any liquid, it dries out. Mushy shrimp is gross. This seemed to be an issue with how the restaurant routinely prepares this dish, not just the time we ordered it. Maybe it also sat there overcooking while the rest of the meal was being prepared? for many years I was member of the selected club of landry and visited all restaurants of the group. definitiw bubba gum is still one of my favorites. the environment, the concept, the personal are never disappointing. I was surprised, however, that they did not make any more context and my daughter used to win, as she knows every question about the film. I think this is an attractive feature, even if the covid 19 pandemic has changed many things on the world. the personal is beautiful, the tasty tasty bites that eat is delicious, and the sorts of garnelen makes this restaurant unique and real, over 200 recipes, as bubba said in the movie.
