They do not accept reservations through OpenTable at all! The wait for food was nearly an hour and they seat you at the worst table!

I was disappointed that they do not accept reservations. We had to wait almost an hour for our food and they seated us at the worst table.

It?s took almost 20 minutes before anybody even acknowledged i was here and I?m sitting in the bar area where there?s tons of waitresses and these are not my cups 35 mins and still no food this is ridiculous service watching 3 servers walk pass me Voir le carte

I was told my order would take 20 minutes. I was 3 minutes away, so I sat in her crowd until my order was finished. I ordered 10 wings and fries wings were warm and my fries were dry and cold. I paid $15 plus and left a tip for the girl who just kicked me out. I pay $30 for wings from the grocery store and make my own right now. If your manager in any restaurant value customers you just lost one!!

This is one of the best Buffalo wild wings in the entire country... Especially if you sit at the bar... She definitely knows how to take care of customers and make any drink you want... The food is amazing the service is spectacular and they are super clean. Warrior mask if you're not at your seat but they're doing things right. The country fried chicken sandwiches and the grilled chicken sandwiches are to die for... Always hot always correct this kitchen has it going on! Thanks again for all the good times this restaurant is definitely saved in my favorites! Will be back anytime we're in town! ???????? Thanks for All the Good Times!! Tower Dave

5/24/22 at around 8 pm- we stood at the front, with nobody else waiting, while there were 3 people at the to go counter chatting amongst themselves that said nothing to us for 5 minutes. Finally a waitress/hostess, not sure, came over and we asked for a booth. We have a 4 year old...easier to keep him contained that way. She said she would get one cleaned off and stepped away. Great! About 2 minutes later a young guy came over and asked if we had been helped. We said yes, we had asked for a booth and the girl was getting it cleaned off. We didn't mind waiting for it. The service was quite fast and sufficient, although the waitress knew nothing about the wine at all. The food came out quickly and it was typical BWW tea. I had leftovers I took home. When I came home and in a better lighting, I saw chicken hair over my remaining wings. After taking the meat from the bones, I gave it to my dog who didn't make the hair the least. Here is a picture of my salad. If Management is okay with how this salad was made. Then truly the employees and management NEED redirection... this was not on the waitress...THIS is on the so called cooks and kitchen help.
