Order online mobile to pick up at counter. INSIDE IS CLOSED. 14 cars in drive thru. Why have option to pick up inside if inside is closed? Says they only have two workers. Worst restaurant in Bethalto. I frequent here for delivery service. Always an attitude to delivery services, extremely slow, multiple time I have watch the people at the fryer eat food with their gloves on and go right back to making food without washing their hands or changing gloves. We received double cheeseburger med fry double whooper with cheese had onion and no pickle. When I looked at receipt the order taker didn't put anything in that we asked at all.....
