"Absolutely AWFUL PIZZA!!!!! Service was incredibly rude when I called and asked for a refund, I was told “why would I give you a refund if I know you’re not going to order from us again” after I tried, politely saying I wasn’t planning on ordering from there again as I just don’t like the pizza at all. .. unless you want floppy, gummy, DRENCHED IN GREASE AND HOT SAUCE then this is the place for you.. pictures attached were taken AFTER each pizza I ordered was patted with a paper towel."

"Very outdated and run down. The workers are much slower then other DQs and occasionally the buns are stale. They tend to have plenty of people working but I notice one will run the register, one will cook and then the other 1 or 2 tend to just be standing around or chatting. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch"

"My girlfriend I went here a couple weeks back and we really liked the food but the service was terrible. We sat at a table in the middle of the dining room and the waitstaff walked the perimeter and checked on the booths never acknowledged us. They were a little busy no big deal, then another couple come in and they sit at a booth and got service right away at this point it's been about 8 or 9 minutes since we sat down. Was about ready to leave after another 5 minutes, when a waitress finally came over and apologized for not getting to us. It was still spotty service even after the apology. We got our food in a fairly quick manner but then it was right back to being forgotten about. Very disappointed with the service but the food was really good. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2"

"We called at 5:10 on a Saturday night and got a reservation for 5:30, thank goodness because we aren 't too into chain restaurants and wanted something different. What a charming little place! We opted for the upstairs no elevator which wasn 't a problem for us. The staff were amazingly friendly without being too hovering , classy and quick. The food was delicious. My husband had the Pasta Diablo with Wedding Soup. If you love good, filling wedding soup, this is the place for you. It wasn 't a watery mix of sparse fillers, it was well balanced and tasted like freshly made. I had the seasonal butternut squash ravioli with brown butter sauce and crispy sage; I added chicken to the side. The flavors were amazing! The chicken soaked up that brown butter sauce and added to the grilled flavor. The bread was lackluster but everything else was superb. Dessert was a Route 28 mudslide for my husband and I got the Station Coffee a touch of an adult beverage! We will certainly return with our dinner club friends. 4 thumbs up for us!"
