Awful customer service. They ignore there customers. Nasty Attitudes. I would give them Zero stars but it don't allow that option. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I hadn't been to this restaurant in a long time, but decided to give it a try. The food was delicious and fresh, and the service was quick and friendly. If you haven't been in a while, I would highly recommend giving them a try. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a 5 out of 5. Voir le carte

The restaurant has undergone some changes and now has an excellent team. Otherwise, I wouldn't have given it another chance. The meal type is brunch, with prices ranging from $20 to $30 per person. The food is rated a 4, as well as the service and atmosphere. I would recommend trying the Bacon Cheese Whopper Sandwich, Onion Rings, French Fries, and Double Cheeseburger.

There is plenty of parking available in the free parking lot.

When ordering fast food I know I’m taking a gamble but this is the ONLY fast food establishment that I’ve consistently had cold, inedible food every time I’ve made the horrible decision to grab a quick bite. How is it ALWAYS cold???? I’m flabbergasted this place is still open, but being the only place to get fast food in south congaree, I guess some people have no choice but to suffer and settle. The young woman at the drive-thru window started arguing with me. I refer to her as a girl because she appeared to be a teenage girl with glasses. I was certain of what I had ordered, but she became agitated and eventually admitted that my order was not on the screen. She never inquired about the sauce for my nuggets. There were no straws for our shakes, and it seemed like she couldn't even be bothered to look at me because someone else took my money and handed me the food. She remained inattentive and unhelpful. Her lack of customer service skills negatively impacted everyone.

I have had mixed experiences with the service at this restaurant in the past, but recently, I have been receiving faster and more efficient service, especially around 2pm before work. Today, I tried to order 4 of the new $1 frozen lemonade slushees but could only get one. However, the staff gave it to me for free since they were only able to make one. It seemed like there were some issues with the slushee machines at another location, and I hope that they will be working properly in the future. Despite my previous experiences, I am leaving a 5-star review because of the improved service I have received recently and the gesture of the free slushee.

However, in recent months during lunchtime around 2pm, I have always received my order quickly and it has been fresh. Today, I tried to order 4 of the new $1 frozen lemonades but was only able to get one. Fortunately, I received it for free due to the limited availability. Another location was unable to make the lemonades in time, so I assume it was a common issue. I hope in the future that the Slushee machines will be working properly and fully stocked.
