I was kind of taken back at the service...two workers stood there looking at me and another customer..I literally had to ask for service.. I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The customer service was excellent; the young lady who assisted us was very professional and polite, which is why I will definitely return. I ordered Burger King delivery through Google. No one said that Door Dash was going to deliver the food. ETA was for 11:53. At 1pm I was still communicating with the Door Dash driver thru texting as to where I was located. I originally got a message from Door Dash at 12:28 pm saying they were on their way. It took well over an hour for the driver to text me back and forth trying to find my place. I got a message at 1:03pm saying it was delivered. It was not. I tried to call the driver but the number wouldn't work; the number she was texting me with. I called Burger King and they were very rude. They said I need to deal with the issue through Door Dash.
