The service is quick, and the staff is friendly. We always order our fries without salt, and they consistently get it right.

I recently visited the drive-thru and ordered my desired sandwich, but unfortunately, they were out of it. I had to choose something else, so I ordered onion rings, but instead, I received fries. If I had wanted fries, I would have ordered those. I specifically asked for onion rings. It seems that the person taking orders wasn't paying attention to what I requested.

I really wish there was a location near where I live, but instead we only have pizza places, which is so disappointing. I'm so tired of pizza! During my recent visit, I was pleasantly surprised by how fresh and hot the food was—it was even better than McDonald's, which took me by surprise. At McDonald's, I often deal with incorrect orders, and half the time the food isn't fresh, especially at the Robinson, IL location. I'm really looking forward to returning to this Burger King. So I ordered myself a nice spicy chicken sandwich the night before posting this review. I ate it and it tasted alright, nothing to run home to your family about but it got the job done. Being full now, I returned to my place of residence so I could listen to an audiobook, maybe catch a wink of Hulu before bed. I woke up at 2:40am with a dry throat and a sour stomach, the combination of the two coalescing into nausea. I violently threw up my spicy chicken sandwich. After this minor bout of food poisoning, I would not recommend Burger King to anyone ever.

Was great !! Manager girl really wanted to make the sale and go the extra mile for customer satisfaction unlike the one in Terre Haute on 41 who didn't care to honor receipt survey reward because survey code was not available on one we got earlier in day inanother state..The lights weren't even on at said restaurant so people didn't even know they were open... Sullivan IndianaBurger King will always be a stop off if heading to Northern Indiana or beyond.... Thanks to night manager lady who was working4-16-22 We had been on road for hours and my son was craving Burger King and you went the extra mile!! ????

Fantastic experience! The manager was truly dedicated to making the sale and ensuring customer satisfaction, unlike our experience at the Burger King in Terre Haute on 41, where they seemed to overlook the survey process because the survey code wasn't on the receipt like it used to be in another state. Additionally, the restaurant was so dimly lit that customers didn’t even realize they were open. However, the Burger King in Sullivan, Indiana, will always be a stop when traveling to Northern Indiana and beyond. A special thanks to the night manager who worked on April 16, 2022.
