"I absolutely love this restaurant at Evergreen Walk. The atmosphere, food, cocktails, service, and convenient parking all make for a great experience. What more could you want? I've been here for lunch many times over the years, and the food has always been consistently good, prepared with fresh ingredients. During my most recent visit for lunch, I found the quality to still be excellent. Unfortunately, I noticed that prices have increased, but that seems to be the case everywhere these days. I ordered the fish tacos, which were fantastic, topped perfectly and with a nice mild kick to the sauce. They came with a refreshing cucumber salad, which was delightful. My friend had the quinoa bowl, filled with fresh vegetables and a generous portion."

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The weather was lovely, especially compared to my humid home state of Florida. Our server was attentive, and the food was excellent. I would definitely return to this place if I'm ever in Connecticut again.

On this particular evening, we enjoyed dinner before attending a play at the Bushnell Theater. I ordered the broiled stuffed haddock, which came with a choice of sides—steamed broccoli and green beans, both excellent choices, served over jasmine rice. The crab meat stuffing was especially enjoyable. We also shared the spring roll appetizer, which was cheesy and delicious, accompanied by light and crispy onion rings. For drinks, I had the red sangria, while my companion chose one of the signature cocktails. You truly can’t go wrong at Burtons!
