"This place is both amazing and quirky. The menu is quite unique, so I recommend studying it closely. While the atmosphere and service aren’t especially fancy, the food is definitely of gourmet quality. My husband ordered the Rooster Almond Crunchy Grouper—Grouper breaded with Cornflakes and sautéed with almonds, Benne seeds, ginger, and chili flakes, served with pineapple farro and mango chutney. He claimed it was the best meal he’s ever had (I’m trying not to take offense!). He dove into it so quickly that I didn’t even get a chance to take a picture. I opted for a burger, which was also very good, and I’m eager to try breakfast here next time. We had the opportunity to meet the owner/chef and compliment him on the grouper. The only downside was the service, which was a bit slow, as there were many tables and only two servers. However, it was still a wonderful experience—just be sure to take your time and savor it!"

"This is the place where you go for good old fashion food. Very funny. The first time I came here and I was the only one. It was after 7:00 and the door was still locked. I've been offered a cup of coffee with lead and I've left the menu. Chef in the kitchen 8 feet away and I asked Hash or Burrito? He said beef all day. Corned beef hash was exactly what I want for years. The cook described the whole process after I was finished shoving it in my face and I said WOW. This is Legit. Little and intimate. They make great food you'll tell your friends and maybe the loud neighbor. Round 2: Best hash!"

"EDIT: second time back, we were charged for items we didn’t order and the waiter refused to correct the bill- we had to get help from another staff member who could better understand our issue, because our first was insisting to charge us for items that we clearly did not order. Won’t be coming back. Food was great and we appreciated your recommendations! The vibe was relaxed, cozy, and friendly. The food came out quickly and was very fresh and flavorful. Hassan was our server, he was very friendly, polite, and patient. I am looking forward to coming back! "We went for the early bird dinner and had 6oz strip steak and a lobster tail which also came with Augustine potatoes and asparagus. We had a salad and mini doughnuts for dessert with salted caramel sauce. The food was excellent and the whole meal was $48 per person. Beautiful restaurant and courtyard."

"I typically get to Naples a couple of times a year for business as it's several hours from where I live. We without fail always dine at Trulucks and I've never had a bad experience. This was no different. I'm a very set in my ways person and I look forward to the Ribeye which has always been consistent/perfect. My wife showed interest in the Sea Bass instead of her typical Salmon, but can't do anything spicy at all. Our waiter John talked her through the dish and offered an alternative to the Misu glaze that suited her dietary needs. It was accompanied by the Crab Fried rice which was exactly as described. The meal was perfect and when getting our usual Carrot Cake to go John surprised us with something he wanted us to try, their version of Baked Alaska which was fantastic. John is a credit to Trulucks and I only regret that we don't have a locale nearer to us. I have recommended this place to everyone I know that travels here and will continue to do so. I hope to visit some other locations in the near future"
