"I was passing through the city and stumbled upon this little gem of a restaurant. I'm really glad I decided to stop in. The staff and the owner are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They provided me with great suggestions on things to see and shared some interesting stories about their city. The food was excellent, and I even had the chance to sneak a peek in the kitchen—everything looked impeccable, which is a big deal for me. I was truly impressed. If you find yourself in this area, I highly recommend checking it out. The prices are reasonable, they have cold beers (and other drinks), delicious food, a billiard table, and darts. I usually don't buy souvenir T-shirts from bars, but I made an exception here because my experience was so enjoyable."

Bartender was new and a bit confused on many things... very friendly though. Been here a couple times and always had fun. They do have frozen pizza if you get hungry.

This is a charming, rustic pub located in a historic building. They offer an excellent happy hour from 4 to 7 PM. It's dog-friendly both inside and on the terrace! They have a selection of local craft beers on tap, as well as a lovely house wine. Wednesdays feature an enjoyable and informative wine tasting event. While there’s no full dining menu, you'll find delicious snacks available at the bar. Voir le carte

This bar is a piece of Sheboygan Falls history. It was previously known as big jimmys. It has been graced with the presence of multiple players from the Green Bay packers and was known for their Icey root beer shots, not to mention big jimmy and his Elvis gig. The building needs work. The new owner is friendly. Most of the staff is very pleasant. There is one bartender with 80s hair, she is a bully to patrons as well as rude, loud and obnoxious... she could be a bigger downfall than the work the building is in need of!!

I stumbled upon this charming little restaurant while passing through town, and I'm so glad I did. The staff and the owner were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even offered some great suggestions for local sights and shared a bit of the town's history with me. The food was excellent, and I took a quick look into the kitchen—it was spotless, which is very important to me. I was truly impressed. If you find yourself in the area, I highly recommend this place. They have great prices, cold beer and drinks, delicious food, as well as a pool table and darts. I typically don't buy t-shirts from bars, but I made an exception here because my experience was just that great.

"This restaurant was one of the first places I visited when I moved back to Wisconsin. I missed my Friday night Fish Fries and my new roommate said this was a popular place. He was definitely right. The place was packed when we got there (no reservations taken) and we ended up waiting about 1/2 hour before being seated. Was the food worth waiting for? YES! Crispy battered fish with a flaky tender middle...I was in fish fry heaven. I believe it came with a potato pancake, applesauce, coleslaw and a slice of rye bread. I ordered the pistachio torte for dessert, and although it was tasty, I was expecting something different. My German background says a torte is layers of cake with filling, but this was just basically pistachio pudding, layered with whipped cream and cake. More like what you might bring to a potluck dinner than a restaurant dessert. Yes, I ate it all, and it was tasty... just not what I expected. The other nice thing about the restaurant is the wide selection of cocktails and beer. Which isn 't surprising, since it is a bar and grill. I had a satisfying dark beer that was perfect with my fish fry. I 've been back several times and although it is always busy, it still is one of my favorite restaurants. But I still can 't figure out why it is called the Scenic Bar ... it 's on a street corner, not by the lake or river. Absolutely nothing scenic about it."
