I ate too fast and didn’t get a photo. It was delicious!! Oxtails, cabbage, rice peas, w/ plantains. Everything was bussin. No long wait, friendly service, steaming hot food!!

If you want some good Jamaican food then this is the place. Curry goat, chicken and shrimp, oxtails all served with rice and peas, cabbage and plantain. One of the items that I love here is their patties. Full of seasoned beef w/ a flaky crust. Voir le carte

Today was my first time coming here and I must say it was worth it! If you can not handle spicy, the jerk chicken is not for the weak!! The chicken was moist and flavorful throughout. The shrimp fried rice is BOMB AF!!! Probably the best fried rice I?ve ever had! Definitely coming back!!

I have not had one thing from their menu that I did not like. Shrimp Roti, Jerk Shrimp , Coco Bread, Plaintains. They even had Ginger Beer, iykyk! The service was good, the atmosphere and music were great! Small inside but with food that good, who cares! Definitely returning customers. Plenty on the menu to try!

I Came Here When My Grandmother Came To Visit Houston. The Gentleman Tha Worked There (He Was Cleaning Up) Was Very Kind Helpful The Entire Time. I Thought My Grandmother Was Bringing More People. He Helped Me Put Tables Together Cleaning Them Up. One Of The Cashiers Was Nice, But The Other Seems To Have Bad Attitude. Bad Attitudes Tick Me Off. I Got Veggie Roti.. Plaintain... We grabbed the jerk chicken and the curry chicken with two beef Patties. The flavors are explosive. The spicy isn?t for beginners. It grows and burns long after you?ve finished the meal. Not a complain in the least. The rice is wonderful and when soaked in the curry is flavorful. Chicken falls off the bone. 100% a repeat. If you haven?t tried this place, do it. All and all we spent right around $30 including tip and a beer.

About two years ago, a coworker of mine brought in some Curry Chicken, and I finally decided to give it a shot. I ordered the large portion of Curry Chicken, which came with cabbage and rice. The chicken was incredibly tender and juicy. The rice was excellent, reminiscent of the rice and beans served in El Salvador. The spice level was just right—not overly spicy, but enough to have some kick. I’ll definitely order it again, and I encourage you all to give it a try for yourselves!

The jersey chicken was quite good—perfectly spicy without being overwhelming. It struck a fantastic balance between flavor and heat, just as jerk chicken should taste. If you're on the Northside and looking for authentic Jamaican cuisine, this is a great stop. We also tried oxtails, curry shrimp, jerk wings, chicken and beef patties, and curry chicken, all of which were delicious. I have no complaints about any of the dishes. The portions were generous and tasted just right. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back for more.
