Great food and drinks! Our waitress kept picking up table napkins that had fallen on floor and placing them on top of ones still on the tables. I mentioned 3 different times, and she still didn't get it! Other than that, everything was great!

Food was extremely bland. I've ate better at a hospital. Our waiter started out great and suddenly disappeared. Couldn't order more drinks, and waited a good 20 minutes for our check. Menus were dirty and sticky. Definitely won't be going back!

The food was delicious, and our server, Lana, was excellent. She provided a fantastic recommendation for someone with picky tastes like mine. We were part of a large group, and she remained patient, polite, and attentive throughout our meal. Our food also came out in a timely manner. Voir le carte

Food is great! Drinks are extra tasty! Polite staff during slow times. Busy times you still get food in a timely manner once sat: . Casual, laid back, walk in. Comfortable, had a bar area, but not too loud like some places. Great casual dining experience! I haven't had anything I didn't enjoy yet!

Chips and salsa was best I've had in Topeka. Food was good but not excellent. Meats seems to have a smokey flavor that I wasn't crazy about. The regular ground beef dish was seasoned well. Will go back and try other dishes. One thing we really liked and enjoyed was food wasn't overly salty, unlike other Mexican restaurants.

I absolutely love the atmosphere here! The margaritas were fantastic, especially with the addition of Don Julio—something not many places offer. The food and service were both quite good, although my fiancée did feel that the portion of fries she received was a bit small. My black beans could have been warmer, but overall, I really enjoyed the experience. The menu is very unique with plenty of options to choose from! Voir le carte

Carlos O'Kelly's is hands down my favorite Mexican restaurant in Topeka. I've visited multiple times, and each experience has been just as fantastic as the last. The wait times are short, the service is excellent, and the food is delicious, all set in a lively atmosphere. I appreciate how there's always a new promotion to encourage you to return. It's refreshing to find a place that genuinely cares about its customers and their overall experience.

Worst experience we have ever had... The order was wrong from start to finish, booth table was not clean or ready for customers(us), waiter was very unprofessional in the entire experience, we asked for tea with lemon (no lemon), queso with beef(no beef), sirloin steak dinner with enchiladas 2 sides (steak was chopped up inside the tortillas), black beans were hard dry, fiesta combo (only got 1 the sides missing the cilantro lime rice) tortillas to all the main dish were dried out the tostada meat beans were as cold as the lettuce tomatoes.the plates were brought to sloppy with food sauce all over the plates which should have been wiped off before brought to the table.
